This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

I love my car. The tech in is car is ridiculous. I makes it seem your driving a spaceship(dad's words) with the two 10ich screen in the front. The feature set complements the car as well. With different mode to boot. I could be any happier with my purchase.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.

I actually purchased my 2014 ATS 2.0T awd Luxury on eBay in Sep of 2019. The car had 55k and I won the auction at $8400! So for me, this was, and remains the best purchase I’ve ever made. Despite having a salvage title, the car looked great, and performed flawlessly. I’m currently at 112500 miles and I’ve only had to replace the radiator expansion tank (common issue easily resolved for less than $150 and under an hour DIY. My experience was $88 parts and 30 minutes to replace.). When it came time for brake pad replacement, I decided to switch out the 4 rotors for drilled/slotted, but this was just to get a sportier look, all it really needed was the brake pads replaced. I’ve changed the oil every 4 - 5k miles with Mobil1 full synthetic. Just remembered that I had to replace the CUE screen as well, this was $120 parts and 90 minutes DIY. Plenty of YouTube videos to walk anyone through it. As of right now, the automatic transmission is shifting somewhat hard, both up and down, and this seems to come and go. My plan is to have a local shop do a transmission flush and replace the filter. Hopefully that works. The other issue that seems to come and go is the mixing box for the front passenger vents, sometimes it only blows hot air. Overall, I’ve been very happy with my ATS. At the time I purchased it I was just simply looking for a somewhat sporty all-wheel-drive vehicle so I could go visit my son in Colorado during snowboarding season. My car is made several trips up there and handles excellent in the snow. Overall, I love the look of the car from every angle. My example is Red Obsession Tintcoat with Black wheels. I deleted the chrome trim around the windows using plasti dip. This was a personal preference, I then added chrome, spike style lug, nuts, lol to accent the door handles. This car has been wonderful to me and these five years of ownership. Pros: Appearance Performance (Beat a 2017 Hemi Charger equipped with exhaust and several bolt ones.) Reliability Brand Recognition Comfort for driver and FRONT passenger Cons; Premium Fuel. (It says recommended, but the consensus from all the owners forums is to only use 91 minimum. Standard headlights weren’t enough for me. I replaced with LEDs for under $100 on Amazon. Rear passenger access/egress and comfort is lacking, despite having a four door sedan. No spare tire. Sticker price of 40 K when new in 2014 seems more than a little high, definitely worth picking up a used example. Maybe you’ll get as lucky as I did.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Anyone who says the mileage is bad clearly does not know how to drive. I use eco mode, drive mostly city some highway and I average about 40-45 mpg sometimes over 50 mpg in Florida. I also use the regen braking pads by the steering wheel for increased battery charging as any owner of a hybrid should. This is a great car, very stylish, lots of storage space, efficient, great easy to use entertainment system and more. My only complaint is that it could be too low for some people, and that there is a rattling sound behind the steering wheel when the gas engine is on and the car is going about 30-40 mph. No idea what it is.

05/01/2024 - will update if anything changes, but I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised by how NOT like a used car lot this used car dealer is. No pressure. No xx. Friendly. Seems honest and forthright. Personable people. They state that they won't put a car on the lot if it doesn't pass their mechanic's inspection. It's more important to them to make a reloable sale than to simply move volume. I hope that's true, because I bought my new-used car from them today to replace my old-new one that Lehigh drivers smashed up. I needed a boat hauler, and now I have one! I'm not happy to be on Lee County roads again, but I'm happy not to HAVE to take the bus, happy to be ON the water in my boat, and happy to have dealt with a dealer apparently interested in everyone leaving the transaction satisfied. They sent me a quote early in the process and before even being on the lot, which helped. "Gave me the Carfax [equivalent]", also. Took long test drive. Paperwork took a while, but it wasn't unpleasant. Did not trade in and did not finance, but review would not submit without me selecting something. Would do business with them again, and will update in a month or two if anything changes. Thanks Vince, Josh, and Linda!

Own a 2012 tsx SE. The car is great,but have issues upon start up with a loud rattle lasting for about 2 seconds or so,oil starving the engines VTC (valve timing control). This could be an expensive fix without a warranty, for the cam would have to be changed, and I'm sure any good mechanic would just tell you to replace the timing chain as well, the chain guides, and hydraulic tensioner. I must as I've read on this issue its every model from 2004-2014. The main reason I've seen on this issues is lack of proper oil level kept or lack of oil changes. Over all so far a solid car.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.
