I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

I purchased a 3 year old Jeep Renegade from AutoLenders. They were great to work with, and I am very pleased with the condition of the Jeep. It is super clean on the inside, and looks new on the outside. I will certainly use them again if I need another vehicle.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. The hard part is over!!

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

Just had the best buying experience! If you're in the market for a Lexus I highly recommend stopping by Bobby Rahal of Lancaster County and meeting with Cody Sofranek. I've been in the market for a car since July, and was beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and commitment given by sales people at other dealerships. The problems were vast. They were not concerned about my needs, not hearing back from them for weeks, and a lack of knowledge about the cars they were selling. All of that changed when Cody approached me in the lot. He also took time to mark pages in the manual he felt were important for me to review. He encouraged me to reach out with any other questions or concerns I come up with. In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

McGinty Motorcars is a car guys dream as soon as you walk in. From more recent cars to old classics all in pristine condition. We were looking for a first car for my teenage daughter so it was very important to us to find a reliable car specifically a Jeep. Being a multiple Jeep owner I appreciated the pictures Pat took of the Jeep as many sellers don’t post pictures underneath Jeeps due to rust. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
