I had a great experience with Laurie Page. It started when I found a car I was interested in buying for my son on CarGurus. I called the Automan Empire dealership that had the car and talked to Laurie. From that point on, Laurie took care of all my needs. This ranged from overseeing the downpayment, getting the car ready of delivery, contacting me to deliver the car to my son and taking care of all the DMV paperwork. AlI we had to do was pick up the tags. Laurie stayed in contact with me using text to keep me updated on all of the activities that needed to take place with the car prior to pick-up. I love this car. Probably more than I ever thought I could love a car. Performance: The car has got some power. More than enough for rational people. Full disclosure - I bought this car to tune the heck out of it. And I did. I put new intakes, charge pipes, tuned for E30 and HOLY COW. This car is an absolute sleeper. It makes over 600 hp and 700ft/lbs of torque. Sport mode opens the exhaust flaps on the car to grace everyone around with a heavenly V8 sound. The twin turbos scrolling will never not get old. I did a sub 3 second 0-60. M5 performance for 2000$ in parts & tune? Sign me up. ZF 8 speed shifts quickly and smoothly. Comfort: I have a fully loaded model. Heated, ventilated, and full body massage seats are nice. Cabin is comfy and spacious. Heads up display was something I didn't know I needed. Adaptive cruise and lane keep assist work better than in my newer model Jaguar. Tons of option to mess with from driving modes to technology stuff. It will be divisive for some but I really enjoy the turn dial. It's a very natural position to interact with the vehicle. Luxury: Car feels well built, rides well, and has a solid feel to everything. Doors, dash, seats, console, etc. all feel luxurious and solid. Heated back seats, rear climate control, etc. work well and quickly. I feel rich driving this car. The bad: Probably gonna have to do some relatively expensive maintenance at some point. Old rubber coolant hoses are known to crack and leak along with coolant expansion tank. There's a turbo oil gasket that requires a lot of disassembly to get to and replace. Unfortunately these things are when's not if's. You can do these yourself for very cheap though. Brakes will run you about 1800$ at your dealer or 700$ to do yourself. If you can wrench a little bit and take some extra care, this car will last you a long time. I think BMW knocked it out of the park with this one. I really believe this is the pinnacle sleeper/luxury sedan.

I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

Have this car for 3 years and it’s been nothing but pleasure. Subtle looking on the outside, cruising beast on the inside. Drove other BMWs and not have been as boss feeling car as this one.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. It took about an hour, but I was approved and am now the proud owner of a 2018 Charger. I could not be happier with my experience at Car City, with Doc and Joe the finance guy. Thanks Car City!

I’ve premium Auto version of 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased in 2024 with very low Kms of about 65k but had an issue with starter motor when it came to 70k, other than that, it now runs lit. Been servicing on every 5-7k, it tops comfort & luxury & can challenge any modern car with similar features.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Wonderful buying experience overall. After weeks of online shopping, I scheduled an appointment for see the vehicle in person before making a final buying decision. So glad I did. Found another model that was a better fit for my needs! Darlene was awesome and did t pressure me one way or another. She even let me keep a tester overnight which highlight a few other features that I wanted but the more del lacked. Ultimately, she was able to coord the perfect model for me! Shopping as a single woman is always daunting but no mansplaining or sexist redirections were an issue. I took the time I needed to research and compare deals and found something I was overall comfortable with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in learning what they have to offer.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

This has been a great dealer to do business with! They went above and beyond. Normally car dealerships are fairly scummy and I dread doing business with them but PK Auto gave me a very fair price on the car I bought and made a bunch of repairs to it as a part of the purchase agreement. When the mechanic was looking over the car, he caught something else that was needing to be fixed and did that as well. I even had the A/C repair not quite do the trick and they did not give me a hard time about bringing it back at all. Very honest and the only time I’ve ever felt good buying a car.

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

It's been reliable transportation and lovingly cared for.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

The best dealership out there if you want to buy EV vehicles. They have over 100 Tesla in stock, all priced amazingly low and in a great conditions. We have bought multiple Tesla from them in the past 12 months.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast
