This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! This is my second experience buying a new car from Toyota of Braintree. I couldn't be happier with the professional and personal service. I waited a long time for my new Corolla Cross because of the pandemic and supplly chain issues but it was worth it. Really liked the consistancy of having one salesman. Gerry Gorham was great, knowledgeable, and interested in me and my experience. Would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

You are not going to get a better deal! Staff treats you like friends and family. Pedro went above and beyond for us. A pleasant buying process and experience.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Bought our 2022 Passport at Boch Honda West and felt no pressure from Mike or Rich during the process. Service over the past year has been seamless and stress free. Very accommodating when a timely recall was needed. Supplied a rental without issue.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

Its a great car, low miles and great warranty! Gas mileage is amazing and it's a smooth drive. The hybrid is a great option for all commuting.

I recently brought my SQ7 to check a warning light. I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience . From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Nick was friendly, professional and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained the repair process in detail. The service team diagnosed the issue and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. Throughout the repair, Nick kept me updated on the progress and was always available to answer any questions. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, and the warning light is now gone. Overall, I highly recommend Audi Natick for repairs for their cars. Be sure to ask for Nick at the service desk.

From the first phone call to the in-person meeting with our sales representative Aram, our experience was excellent. Everyone at the dealership as a whole was very friendly and helpful including the manager and financing personnel. First let me say that I have purchased several vehicles over the past 50 years. I have found that negotiating an agreement with the management is always a nerve-racking hassle. My point is that I always do extensive research into every aspect before talking with a dealer so I am well prepared to "haggle" with the dealership to get my best deal possible. Because I am 6'8" tall and just don't fit into most cars made today, I have been purchasing full size conversion vans for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, conversion vans are almost impossible to find in New England. To make matters worse, unbeknownst to me, they stopped making the style of van that suits my needs in 2014. I now was forced to search for that nearly impossible to find used conversion van in great condition with low mileage. After months of looking, I finally saw a van on the internet at a Ferrari dealership in Massachusetts that looked interesting and just had a price drop. My wife and I decided to take the 45 minute drive to the dealership to see the van. I searched for a "friendly looking" sales person and asked if he could help me. Fortunately, Esmael Rodrigues was the person who took the van in trade and knew all the details. I explained my situation and he took my wife and me to see the van. We liked the van and went back to Esmael's office to discuss what each of us needed to make a deal happen. I asked that the sales manager be in on our negotiations from the start. While we waited for the sales manager we had a friendly conversation about our travel experiences. Somehow the traditional adversarial car buyer versus dealer conflict disappeared and it was friends talking about their past experiences. Somehow, whatever charisma we had going on increased when Chris Lozanski, the sales manager walked in. We didn't talk about the van; we talked about our interests and life experiences for quite a while. When we got back to talking about the van it was almost like we were old friends that had a shared problem that we both wanted to solve for our mutual benefit. Being a Ferrari dealership, they specialized in selling expensive, high end 2-door sports cars to a certain type of customer. Unfortunately, Chris acquired an 18' long "fancy passenger van" (that could probably fit one of his Ferrari's inside the van) as a trade in deal. The 4 year old van with 8 doors and a bed inside had been sitting on the lot for months and was not the type of vehicle Chris usually sold. Chris knew he needed to move the van that didn't fit into his normal inventory range. There was no haggling, no high pressure to buy this product or pay extra for some other service. Just friends helping each other solve a problem. We signed the papers and I gave them a certified check. Unfortunately the actual delivery of the van was a little more complicated because of differing state laws, the Christmas - New Years Holidays, and unforeseen mechanical problems. As part of the "dealer prep," they discovered a few problems that were fixed under the manufacturer?s warranty. In addition, they also replaced 4 tires and a wheel rim because they did not meet the Ferrari dealership?s exceptionally high standards for customer satisfaction. Our salesperson, Esmael Rodrigues, has to be the nicest and most considerate person we have ever done business with. We talked on the phone often (sometimes three times a day) as he explained a problem and how they were going to make sure that it was going to be resolved to their high customer satisfaction standards. Instead of sending a "runner" to perform the ordinary mundane tasks, Esmael personally drove the van everywhere to get whatever procedure needed to be accomplished. In fact, I was so impressed with Esmael that I actually designed and handmade a special gift because of his commitment to total customer satisfaction. Al Warwick, RI
