My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

I am a 95 year old female and LOVE my 2009 Camry. Bought it new in June of 2008 after my 1996 Camry was rearended and totaled. Since then I have driven it 84,569 miles for which I had to buy 3,778 gal of gas. I take my car to the dealer every 4 months (whether it needs it or not) and spent $28,775 for these visits which comes out to 34 cents a mile. It is large enough so that I feel secure among all these huge cars, yet it is small enough so that I have no problems parking in tight spots, or backing into my carport. It has enough get-up and go so that I have been able to get out of tight spots and it has kept me safe and accident free all these years. If - for any reason - I should have to buy one more car during my lifetime - I definitely hope that Toyota has another Camry for me.

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. A car with 300 hp AND 30 mpg on the highway? Yes! Thanks, Grandpa, for your love of American cars! Thanks, Chevrolet, for making such a great car! I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

This car has had 0 problems with 80,000 miles 2012. Keeping it in the family. Will be my daughter's first car. Interior not cheaply made have had a few things break on my like vanity mirror but nothing big and it is 8 years old

I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I have had the Honda LX for almost 3 1/2 years now and it’s such a reliable car. It drives good (and I drive it hard may I add) have only had to fix the brakes and roders just a week ago, it does burn oil like crazy and I replaced a couple tires that kept popping but other than that it’s good on gas, a smooth ride, I never plug it in in the winter and may I add it gets to -30 here and it starts every time. My car is all black tinted led lights she is nice to look at beautiful body (model) I like this car out of the 13 cars I’ve had and this is one of the older cars too I’ve had but I just love it for some reason. I would definitely recommend it. I purchased mine for a little over $7600 from a family member did some upgrades to it take good care of it mechanically the inside is always clean (some scruffs here and there as it’s an older car) but I’m sure i could sell it for $5500-$6000. Definitely a good buy and worth it.

This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013. Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?" Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?" Salesperson "that is way below our cost" high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price. Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?" Us "no thank you" Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. Highest recommendation

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I was in the market for a used car for my daughter, a new driver. We went to look at a used Honda, but also noted a great looking, newer Ford that had a lot of the safety features I was looking for. Even though Honda is his brand, Gabriel recognized that this car was the better value for her, and took us on a test drive. He was great to work with, the pricing was very fair, and he even drove the car all the way down to the Ford dealer in CT so that we could have the car inspected...which was appreciated. This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun!
