My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I loved my CTS. I owned a 2014 CTS 3.6 AWD. In my opinion, the 2014-2019 body style was not only the best CTS body style, but one of the best looking sedans ever! The drive of this care was phenomenal. Though I was not racing or a professional racer with my CTS, the acceleration and handling was out of this world. I would hands down buy this car again!

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I think nissan should recall the paint a 2017 shouldn't be pealing the clear coat or paint. I have seen many with the same issues.

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

Purchased a 2021 Passat from Autonation USA Wesley Chapel. It had some mechanical issues. This dealership is amazing. They fixed everything and even gave me us a loner to use for the 2 weeks they had the car. Jason, Alex, Nate, Ramone, and Patrick are excellent.

So far, after just 1 week, the used car is wonderful. Cannot rate reliability yet. Missing 360 degree camera view. Otherwise has every other safety feature out there. Driving is a true joy. My mpg on the highway is just over 30 according to the dash. Please remember to get a pre purchase inspection and be wary of some huge dealer fees.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

The attention to detail when showing me vehicles was impressive. I felt well-informed while purchasing my 2016 Ford Explorer!

Really have enjoyed this car it has been reliable . I would hope they would continue to build a nice dependable sedan like the Taurus.
