Pushing 60, and this time around wasn't my first car-buying rodeo by any means. Our family has bought/leased over 8 vehicles from Rockland Nissan (after always shopping around) in the pas 17 years. EVERY TIME we rolled out of there we thought we got the deal of the CENTURY...... but this time was different. My hopes were not high. I'm now a Disabled Vet, and while everyone is appreciative, you don't take home much of a paycheck. I had a 10 year old 125,000 mile trade in and NO CASH in my pocket, so I didn't expect to get much better than a upgraded used car on my budget. Then....... Tim O'Keefe to the rescue, Seal Team 6 Style....... BRAND NEW NISSAN SENTRA SV with all the gadgets WITH TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE... LESS THAN $219 a month, NO CASH DOWN!!!! Just when you think it can't be done, ROCKLAND NISSAN CAN. Just tell them what you want and what you can do a month, and they will work with you till they get it done!! EXCEPTIONAL!!! My wife's car was about 6 months away from end of lease and she decided that she drives too many miles and would like to buy her next car. So we decided to start looking. We first went back to our Mazda dealer and told them we were looking for a used car and gave our budget. We were basically told they didn't have any used vehicles (really?), and that we should wait and see if any promos run. I used to drive Altimas (I had 3 - last one in 2010) so I suggested she look at that car and we went to Rockland Nissan. We were immediately greeting by Michael, new to Nissan, but very nice and professional. After discussing what we wanted and that we didn't think we could get one right now, he looked at inventory andour budget, and found us a car we could get. So we agreed and filled out the paperwork - the only real hiccup was when we spoke to their finance manager - the monthly fee was higher than we were promised. The issue was my wife was over in miles on her lease so Tim O'keefe (the main guy there) came in, sat with us and in no time we had a deal at a price we were happy with.We got a 2017 Altima 3.5 SL with only about 35k miles for a very fair price. My wife LOVES the car and we couldn't be happier. Fast forward to the next day - she noticed some damage on the front bumper that wasn't disclosed. Perhaps no one noticed, but we took it back and without a thought, they agreed to fix it for free. Now I was so impressed with Tim that I told him (jokingly) I have about a year on my Mazda 6 and I'd love to get a new Altima. He asked me to come in the next day and he'd find a way to get me what I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. So i showed up early in the morning and Tim introduced me to Dave. A very experienced and excellent sales person - one of the best I've met in the industry. He was honest and patient and we went over everything I wanted. He showed me a few models and I fell in love with the 2019 Altima SL in Storm Blue (really nice color - looks almost black). We went back over to Tim and before I knew it, we had a deal. The only negative thing is I was there for six hours before I left with the car. They were very busy and I believe a bit understaffed. I have to say though, I LOVE this car and could not be happier with how I felt taken care of. This dealership treated me like I was their top priority (except when I had to wait for a while) and the overall experience was fantastic. 2 days - 2 Altimas. I'll be going back there for sure. Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. He was honest with me and I felt very secure and trusted him the entire time. He was very patient and let me look at multiple cars. I left leaving with a Nissan SR AWD and a deal that I never imagined! I would totally recommend Kenny to my family and friends. The sales manager Omar was very helpful as well. He was able to work with me to have the upholstery changed to full leather.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

I love my car.1 problem. Can't get the headlights right.Replaced the bulbs 1 month ago and they worked fine 1 month later they seem to have lost their edge and back to hard to see at night.looks excellent. Should have bought a BMW long ago.Maintnace Slightly higher

If you are wanting a reliable car, that drives smooth, this is the car for you! Hands down the best car I have ever owned! I have a 2016 SXT Rear Wheel drive with the 3.6L V6 engine. I am the original owner and still till today I have the car. From mileage of 0-135,000, I have only had to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and of course brakes. At 135,000 miles I had my first major repair which was the passenger side lifters, cam shaft and Rods replaced. Now currently at 140,000 my drive shaft. But overall, this car has been hands down the best I have ever owned. The only thing that I am disappointed with is that Chargers are known for the door panels to peel away, and yet Dodge still has not put in a recall on this matter. Wake up Dodge put the recall in on the door panels pulling away, because honestly the glue you all used back then is not living up to its potential.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.
