I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Travis ( the gm ) and his staff are top notch. Addy greeted us at the door and was so professional. She got us connected with Travis in sales and eventually Travis the gm closed the deal. The Travis(s) handled the sale on our new suburban while Astrid lead our finance portion. As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Battery terminal kept corroding so took our car in. They took care of the terminal and replaced the battery. Eddie handled everything great. I’m always treated like family at Maus Nissan.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser purchase. Perfect experience from start to finish. Good price, vehicle in amazing condition, 5 Star customer service. Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!
