Went to Burns to check out the new 2024 Envision which just started to hit the dealerships long time waiting.DonHarrison was me sales consultant.He had my car appraised I didn't like the numbers this was a 2021 Envision sport pkg. with 33000 miles I told Don cars.com offered me more money.He took the offer to his sales manager who came back a better offer.Don did a very great job while I was finalizing the paper work he went to see if they finished detailing the car. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Mark Haltzman was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Having large monitors synced with the sales people's laptop also added to the positive experience. Being able to provide the necessary documents ahead of time digitally made the actual purchase transaction much more efficient. Having genius Holly help set up the car initially was huge. Even though I had already read the 360+ pages of the owners manual, it saved me the headache of trying to navigate all the tech.

Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I met with Angel and told him of the car that I was interested in and we went for a test drive after asking a couple of questions about the car as well as the financing. My father in law asked questions I didnt think to ask when I got back and we went through the process of obtaining the 2021 Nissan Versa. As I wanted to drive it that day, I also went through the process of obtaining insurance for it, which I was told was okay from Angel. This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.
