April was the bomb, I came back 4xs before I purchased and she was patient and waited for me not to feel like I was making a spontaneous purchase. She is the only sales person I recommend!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Before my grandpa passed away in September 2023, he had it in his will to give me his 2012 Impala. I got his car as a Christmas present that year. Since then, I've enjoyed driving the old Impala. I love how roomy my car is, how great the audio system is, and how relevant the Driver Information Center (DIC) is! I highly recommend this car to anyone.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

It is due to my age the ultimate driving machine, the performance and fuel efficiency are fantastic it is what you expect from a BMW. The only thing I don’t have anything good to say is the ultra expensive of the dealers maintenance cost unless you have some really good mechanic to see your car and retired that I am you spend a fortiune paying for service no other complain.

I’ve premium Auto version of 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Purchased in 2024 with very low Kms of about 65k but had an issue with starter motor when it came to 70k, other than that, it now runs lit. Been servicing on every 5-7k, it tops comfort & luxury & can challenge any modern car with similar features.

I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.

This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.
