I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Bought a 2009 Honda Civic from these guys and they where great. Jose and Jorge where as transparent as anyone can be. I asked if they can let me go under the car to check for rust and other things and they accommodated me without any hesitation, even provided a flash light. Everything I asked about the car they answered truthfully and never tried to hide anything. I would highly recommend this place if you looking for a used car.

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

First off if you are in to have that race car feel the +2015 Subaru WRX is a great car , mine being the 2019 . When it comes to comfort the car is not the greatest it’s mid size interior but with my after market bucket seats it made it feel better for hard turns or even around corners to hold me in place but for this it feels more as if you know your cars limits . The interior is ok again if you are someone that likes a plain and simple interior with out all the buttons then this car is for you as I like not having all that . So the interior is ok to my liking but I wish the vibrating in the trunk from my speaker system makes it make a noise and I wish they gave the option of carpet colors or dark black as it fades lighter . Preformance wise it was eh ok . The Recaros seats were comfortable and held you in some kind of aggressive driving around in mountains but the base seats are not great, you feel all the quality in ride suck but with upgraded suspension and tweaks it not feels as if I can feel the tires stick and grip really well and the motor closed deck block and upgraded turbo and exhaust system and more . You just got to love the car to be at this point but it will cost you . But reliably , yea it’s pretty good . I’ve Owen mine for going on about 6 years and it’s been great Owning it and having the experience of bonding . I’d recommend if you want a sportier race car feel for a Dailey

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

BROUGHT MY 2001 MODEL OF THE LS 430 in 2010 with 100k...drove for over 13 years. I do my own oil change for the last 10 years...use regular oil don't use synthetic...for it will leak more. Also, I have been using regular gas for the last 12 years...milage is still great (20 local, 25 on hwy)...never change timing belt yet....starter die on 2012 ($600, parts and labor)...right now I just reach 450,000 miles....hoping to make it to 1/2 million mark....will buy another one once my die.

Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.
