Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.

I am so happy with my new 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid that I bought from Highline. Justin took care of me the whole time and even Vince helped me out with a few other things. Thank you Highline!

Car has great technology and amazing safety features. Leather interior is clean and modern. Car has great pick up and good on gas. Only one negative is that the turning radius isn?t great for tight spaces.

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Unreal performance and the absolute best of both worlds... in sport plus it is a BEAST. Period. Like less than 4s 0-60, regardless of official specs. In eco I'm getting 40mpg!! Show me another car that does that and looks this good doing it.

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I bought my 2018 Kia forte Lx aurora black pearl 63k miles automatic transmission fully loaded. Absolutely gorgeous car inside and out! All xx Aside I absolutely love driving this car! It does everything I ask it to do and it's truly a joy to drive! I can't say enough about the features of the infotainment system and the beautiful interior! All of the safety systems make me feel amazing! I use a car cover on it when it's not being driven and I use the steering wheel club on the wheel when the car's not being driven. I Absolutely Love My KIA!!!!

Overall a good experience with Ed Napleton Honda! Eric McGee was a great salesman and helped me and my sister in law purchase a vehicle. He met our every demand. I really just went to help my sister in law purchase a brand new vehicle, but I saw this Honda Crv and instantly knew I had to get it. So in other words Eric had a two car deal. I told him what I wanted in pricing for both vehicles and he said let me see what I can do and spoke with the sales manager and it was met to the T! If you're in the market, go with my guy Mr. Eric! I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

It's very big 2 bench seats slot of room a very smooth ride. Not to bad on gas for a v8. I like how the gas tank is behind the license plates very old school.

Out of all the cars that I have taken for a test drive. The 2025 Chevy Malibu is the best. It has style, it drives and handles well, and has some awesome features to go along with it. But more importantly it is a by name it is one of the most reliable vehicles you can buy and never go wrong.

We had a great experience purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Jorge Marroquin was a fantastic salesperson to work with – he was friendly, personable, and answered all of our questions.

Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.

Wide selection and no haggle are a plus over other dealerships. I like being able to see how many different makes and models. CarMax is the only place I will shop

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.
