I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.

The service at Chapman Nissan is without a doubt I( believe ) the best. They greet you, they talk to you not at you, they ask what your concerns are regarding your vehicle. They also make suggestions about some services, but never pressure you. They are the true quintessential customer service people. The mechanics are well versed in their jobs also, sending you a video of the underside of the vehicle along with an explanation 😀. I cannot say anything bad about the service as they have serviced my cars since 2020. So professional, just to name a few, Dwayne & Dan.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Chapman is the best Nissan store in the area. Their service manager is awesome and so is his staff!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I bought my car in 2014 with 5 miles on it. I changed the oil, had the CVT fluid changed at the intervals recommended by Nissan and I never had any problems with my car. Someone hit me and totaled my vehicle the end of September 2023. My car had 159,999 in the odometer at that time. I was trying to make it last as long as possible. I know what others say about this car but it was a great car and I’ve never had any issues or problems with it. Sad to see it gone.

I brought my Transit Connect for "The Works" to the Service Center for an oil change, etc. today. Was greeted by Paul Rubin, Asst. Svc. Mgr. who assisted through the process and kept up informed throughout the visit. He was sooo helpful and nice and even helped me with syncing my phone to the van. I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

And with ease I was approved and left with the car I came there for. He told me he has been doing this for 31 years and it shows! I couldn't be more happier with the service he provided me. EX coupe, I4 engine, 5 speed manual transmission Bought this car used, traded in a Subaru Forester for it. Had about 125k ish on the odometer when purchased, coming up on 143k now with absolutely zero issues. Had to get the tire sensors replaced and a remote made for it, but I haven't had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Hondas are reliable to a fault, even more so with regular maintenance. I only run Chevron or Shell fuel, and Mobil 1 super synthetic oil to keep things clean. The computer lets me go up to 7k miles between changes! Good thing for me because this is my daily all around the state driver. Sound system is incredible stock, with an 8 inch shallow throw sub in the rear deck. As usual, Honda is known for great power trains, but a fairly cheap interior. No big unless you're looking for a luxury vehicle! Road noise is pretty average for a Honda, can be loud if you're used to Toyota or Chevy. Suspension is a little stiff and clumsy, but again, reliable. Don't expect to take this car off-road unless you want it to complain the entire way 😂 All in all, this is probably the best car I have owned to date. Sporty, stylish, and almost bulletproof. Going to give her a good tune up soon and I plan to have her for years to come!

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

I have owned the car since new. It has been very reliable, extremely comfortable, beautiful and a joy to drive. I strongly recommend it for anyone. I was t-boned by a large pickup truck who ran a red light. The car saved our lives.

I’ve had my Kia now for 3yrs and only had little major thing go wrong which the dealership handled the issue as a decent time I guess. The first few months of having my Kia during the winter here the car would t push botton to start and boy was I pissed off. I kept having to jump start it then it dawned on me on me that they gave me a dead battery! Which was taking care of with warranty thank God! Other then that issue my model Kia forte got-line wasn’t equipped with a decent sound system I guess the package I thought it would’ve had But! Not! and to replace a aftermarket radio will cost a pretty penny to get done. My tires 17” OEM they feel on the wobbly side while driving 50-70mph on the Hyway! while hearing the sounds from outside in the inside of the car which sucks. But it’s power it gets up to speed especially in Sport Mode! The exterior looks good and interior is good also but I’m a pit in some work on it soon. I wish I would’ve known about the Kia Gt though (manual) speed before test driving my Kia gt line lol. My overall about this Kia it’s worth the price as well the experience to drive and to owne one!

Great car. Mine got stolen though, but it’s great otherwise. I have the 5.7 Hemi and it’s pretty quick, responsive, and fast. Overall fun car
