I recently purchased a 2022 Lexus LS500h AWD trading in my 2022 LexusLS500 Luxury. The vehicle I bought was a L-certified fully loaded with 3,500 miles and the one I traded was having just 8,690 miles. I was upgrading mine since the LS500 was deeply depreciating almost 50% in less than a year for no reason. I experienced a flawless dealing and transaction from beginning to end. I did my business with them after my intense nationwide search. I was offered retail price range for my trade-in and the best price available nationwide. I can’t be more happier. My sales person Mr. Mail and Dorg were incredible, honest, sincere and proactive through out and finance person Mr Azad was the best finance manager I ever met so far for my various purchases in my life. They truck me the car I purchased and picked mine from Tennessee within 48 hours once transaction executed. From my experience, I highly recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Today I had my 2014 Lexus ES 350 Mark Jacobson package serviced for the 80,000 mile checkup. Today my mechanic Camaou surprised me with a video of the work he was performing on my car. What an astonishing idea and extra tool to take care of the customer. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

The car is a solid economical choice for a daily car. The mileage you get is amazing and the interior volume of the sedan is quite spacious, including the boot.

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
