Was a bit put off by the fact that there’s one number for all Carmax is and. It’s hard to tell which location you’re talking to and if you’re talking to a person at that actual location. I understand they’re trying to consolidate things and make it easier, but I want to be able to reach someone, boots on the ground, at the location instead of talking to The call center. That said it seems even when talking to two different dealerships somehow the system sort out the messages but again it’s confusing. Overall, they were fast and friendly, we haven’t done a transaction yet but one thing that was surprising is the offer they gave me 10 days ago has now gone up by $1500. Much better experience than I had braced myself for frankly. So far the two cars that I was hoping to purchase turn out to be duds as they had some excessive wear and tear in spite of low mileage and otherwise good conditions. Maybe less discriminating on their inventory than the other dealers?

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I haven’t been able to drive for 15 yrs. I wanted a Dodge Challenger but with 2 large pits, I “settled” for the Charger as I’m 60 & didn’t want to drag my butt out of a low sports car, but wanted a “HoT” driving experience without a huge price. The 2020 CHARGER SXT PLUS is by far 1 of my favorite sports cars of all time! Great ride, comfort, accessories!

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. I had probably the most awesome experience ever, buying a car, when I visited Love Chevrolet in Inverness, Florida. The sales woman, Sonia Clark was very conscientious. I found a car that I was hoping to buy and thanks to Sonia's tenacity, she made it work. The finance manager, Feliciah St. Hilaire, was very friendly, knowledgable, and well versed in her profession. Not too often can buying a car be a relaxing experience, but this certainly was! I visited this dealership due to my car being totaled, having a rental for 2 months, already feeling stressed over the entire experience, and these young ladies made it very stress free and a relaxing experience. Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Very satisfied with the quality of the people that I interacted with. My sales person, Ryan Boring is outstanding. She made contact with me through my reviewing the new models. She called me and convinced me to stop by. I did, and through working out a good deal, I returned my Forester and got myself a 2024 Crosstrek. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Ryan is a great person to start with at Jenkins Subaru a very big improvement over the previous dealership ownership. Ryan took care of everything and I did not have to interact with others. I'll return for service and when this lease is up will return to Jenkins.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I say that cause this is the 7th new mazda vehicle I have purchased at Jenkins Mazda in Ocala. Meaning each staff person doing their job well. I trust Scott and that's why I'm a repeat customer of his. I could buy my vehicles in Gainesville and save time and gas. However, I choose to come to a business where you are not just another number, and they know there is a very good chance that I will purchase a vehicle if negotiations goes well, it's a win win situation for all parties involved. Let's be real, they make money and I'm happy with the purchase of my vehicle (the last thing I know they do what to hear is I'll sleep on it) This is my review again, more detailed. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

very good selection.My new renegade had 2600 miles,looked new.Upon inspection at home,underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit,jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire,but unable to use my jack.Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade,good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

After owning a 2017 and 2020 Charger R/T, I do miss the power and sound of that 5.7 hemi, but my 2022 300S w/ the 3.6 V6 (300 ponies) aint no slouch but the gas mileage is phenomenal. I prefer the sportier look of the Dodge over Chrysler but this car is much quieter inside and handles as well as my 2020 Charger R/T Daytona did. Seats are supportive, sound system is amazing and always I'm always getting compliments on what a beautiful car it is. ❤️

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Due to my health, I was having trouble getting in and out of my SUV. I had to downsize to a car. So, thanks so very much to Anthony working with me all day long, because I am so picky. He did not lose his temper, he did not lose his patience. He was very polite, very nice and smiled through it all. I finally found a car that I love. If anyone asks me who to go to for a wonderful experience and a great deal, I send them to Anthony at Jenkins.

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

Just got the car about 3 weeks ago (2017 SR model) and enjoy the car so far. This care was replacing a 2015 Mazda 6 (std. transmission) that had 230,000 miles on it when I traded it in. So to have a "new" car is fantastic. So far gas mileage has been at about 33 MPG, although I think the acceleration vs. my old car is somewhat lacking (manual vs. auto), but can't complain. The sound system is OK, but will be replacing the stock system with upgraded aftermarket speakers and deck. I just hope it lasts as long as my 2015 Mazda!
