My wife and I purchased a Cadillac XTS for from this dealership. Ralph, the salesman, was extremely helpful and upfront with everything about the car. I read all of the reviews and have to wonder the legitimacy of some of the terrible reviews after our experience. As with all used cars, you can get lemons. With this in mind, I would say that I do recommend this dealership or flying service and follow up.

Overall, I’m in love with this car. I’ve had it for a little over a year now after purchasing it used with 140000km it’s happily taken me over 550km consecutively, has literally climbed out of every situation a car shouldn’t have, including a ditch, and hasn’t needed any maintenance other than your basic oil changes and flat tires (likely due to a surplus of burnouts). Whoever wrote that this car is isn’t fast likely hasn’t driven this car because Mazda go zoom zoom and before I hit maximum acceleration I ended up gravelplaning at 180. Also for a four cylinder this motor has an amazing take off and refuses to redline!(Thats a really good thing.) Lastly, my check engine light has been on for the entirety of my ownership.

I acquired my 2015 Mazda 6 used in late 2018. I have 321,000 on it now and it still runs and drives great. I have only ever had two service issues; drivers side lower control arm squeak ($400) and belt tensioner ($130). I do all my own repairs and maintenance. Still getting 34 mpg on the hwy. it’s not a race car, but has been extremely reliable and I will probably get another one (my 3rd in the new body style) when this one dies or starts “nickel and diming” me.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

CarMax was prompt reaching out to me. When I looked at the car there was no pressure to buy it. I ended up getting something else and was quickly in and out of the dealership!

I love driving this car...one of the last manual transmissions in a mid-range, mid-size, 4-door sedan (and It's the same one as used in the Miata sportscar). It's body style (looks lean and muscular) is currently being copied by high end auto manufactuers.

I have a 2013 SXT with Rallye appearance with 131,000 miles on it almost 3 years with it and I’m in love with it, where I leave we have an extremely hot weather reaching 52 Celsius during the summer, the AC is Icy cold 🥶, the cooling system has been surprisingly reliable for the weather we have, I only have done regularly oil changes, spark plugs, brakes and normal stuff nothing serious on it and I have drove it hardly and done many trips on it without any trouble, pretty comfortable and a great sound system mine has the Boston acoustics speakers and a sunroof, it has the 2.4 litter engine with a 6 speed automatic transmission and it’s just great is the third car we have at home with this engine and we really liked them and it has been a great engine for my family and I, even there are newer and more technologically advance cars this one has everything I need. Totally recommend it.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I was in the market for a used SUV and found a Hyundai Tucson at their location. I test drove it and bought it the next day! The car was in great condition and had low mileage. Super easy process, helpful staff especially Mitchell. He’s excellent at his job and doesn’t cut corners and keeps it honest. Unlike most car dealerships, they’re pushy and “up sell” cars but at Indy Luxury Motorsports, they let you make your own decision and your own pace. Definitely give this place a try!

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

It started when Matt saw me drive in to the service bay and walked over to greet me with a smile. I had a question about our navigation screen that honestly was driving me nuts—he showed me how to fix it in a jiffy. We were in for a simple oil change, but Matt also after checking our tires warned us that new tires would be coming due and provided a few estimates so we could prepare for that upcoming expense. We always feel special at Skillman because of members like Matt.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

On February 09, 2023 picked my Cadillac CTS4 from Lockhart's body shop. Not only a fair price. The work was so good I couldn't tell that a new bumper was put on my car. The pearl paint blended nicely and looks perfect. The CTS4 sports model sits very low and I have a habit of hitting the front of the car. Looked bad when I took it in. The folks at Lockhart Cadillac did an excellent job. I was so excited just to see it looking new again. Staff in service and body shop very nice, professional and easy to work with. I know I will be back, on February 13, 2023 I will be taking in my Land Rover Range Rover Sport for service, I know I am in good hands at Lockhart. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed, I know I am very happy with all of you at Lockhart Cadillac at all locations !

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I own a 2016 Chrysler 200C AWD with "Tech Package" (forward collision warning saved me from hitting back end of pickup Truck). Has Panoramic Sunroof. I bought car for my Wife but I enjoy driving Car to, has lot of Power from 3.6 liter V-6 engine, All Wheel Drive is awesome. reliable is great.

I'm an out of state buyer who is willing to gamble. I was looking for the best specimen of a particular older car which I didn't need-but wanted. I went into this with the attitude I was willing to spend a couple of thousand extra to get eveything right. The car was a one owner 2009 Florida car with 74K miles. The body and paint was in incredible condition. I spent an additional $1500 for a new suspension and to replace degraded window rubber seals neither of which was absolutely necessary-but I like to have things right. The car now looks and runs like 2 year old car-people are shocked when I tell them it is 15 years old! This is the second -and probably last car I will purchase online. I got burned on a previous online purchase-but this was an impulse buy which I could afford to risk and only time will tell if I made out Ok. But for now, I'm pleased. All this being said, Emron was true to his word and even came through with the missing owners manual a couple of weeks later. As of now, I consider my experience was good one.

Everyone saying it’s not reliable etc. I know so many people outside of myself with this car with 150k plus on it, still daily driving them. If you don’t have the money to do repairs at a shop and you don’t have the time to learn how to do it yourself to continuously maintain this car, just say that! These are performance cars and they need to be taken care of, not to mention that many of the issues I’ve read on here are from not properly maintaining the car. If you need recalls done, that’s also on you to get it to the dealership.

Finally got my 2nd key fab after six months. I know this wait was not any fault of the dealer. My contact/service with the dealer has been great. I'm very happy with my 2024 Prius.

I got the Jetta sport and LOVE it! It handles well and isn’t a gas guzzler. It’s a brand new car and it’s beautiful (I had a 14 yr old VW minivan until now)

I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!
