This car met all my needs throughout the time I have owned it, really really reliable car, really good on gas, and just plain out amazing.

Over the weekend I went to purchase a vehicle from Tom's, this was a first time for me going there. I'm usually pretty anxious before going to look at cars with that feeling like the sales people are on you and pressuring you but it was not like that here at all. I felt very comfortable as soon as we got there. There were a few people working and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. It was a friendly, easy going environment yet professional. From the test drive to signing the paperwork the entire process was super easy and fun. We worked with Joe B, he was awesome! The air conditioning wasn't as cold as it normally would be and even though we purchased the vehicle he made sure that we were able to get that taken care of under their expense. I love my car and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Rides a little stiffer than the Deville. Has a smaller gas tank and lower MPG, but this is the big model available after the Deville was discontinued. If you like the comfort ride, this is your car. I have the Platinum model, and it is decked out. Still trying to find some of the features!

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

This was my first car buying experience from Willis Nissan and I was so impressed. Our sales rep KAM was easy and fun to work with, he was attentive and not pushy. I always pictured the experience as intimidating and KAM made it anything but! The rest of the team there was just as impressive - Austin in financing took his time explaining things - Jake sat with me and went through EVERY button patiently with me. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. The car has pluses and a few minuses. First the good things. It is by far one of the smoothest vehicles I've ever driven, especially highway driving. You barely feel the road. Breaking is quick and responsive which adds to the smooth driving experience. The car is agile and has a impressive turning radius. Engine performance is adequate but acceleration is a bit weak especially taking it from 0 to 60. so you will not be passing every car on the road with this. Also the car sways a bit in high winds so it feels like you have to fine tune the steering at highway speeds to stay in lane. Exterior stying of car is also a bit unorthodox with it's small 15 inch wheels and oversized headlights. Interior is very comfortable for most people seats are comfortable with good back support. The rear seating is large for a subcompact with excellent legroom . The dash is not terribly impressive though cheap plastic is used and the glove compartment is too small . Also audio system is subpar and basic. What I love about the car is the price, the gas mileage and the comfort and reliability. If your looking for fancy or fast look elsewhere.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years! Each person I interacted with was informative, courteous, and non-pressure. It started with a contact with the online sales person, whom I met in person at the time of pick-up. Adolfo was a true gentleman and took the time to investigate every question for me before making the nearly 4 hour drive. He provided pictures and a summary of their standard inspection report details to back it up. Though the Sienna van was higher mileage, it was a recent trade-in and impeccably maintained. By supplementing the CarFax details, I was convinced this van should be safe and reliable for many more miles. Ultimately, we got a great pricing, too -- probably in part because many folks avoid higher mileage vehicles. Signing the paperwork with Adolfo was straigtforward, clear, and efficient, and then I finished up with a few more signatures with the finance office, which was also quick particularly because we didn't need financing. Honda of Ames provides the buyer a flash drive with all completed paperwork so I don't need to scan these for recordkeeping later. Such a nice touch! Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting area and a nice indoor kids play area so my little ones were constructively occupied. In all, we were at the dealership probably about 90 minutes including test drive. I've been at dealerships for literally a half a day before! So, even though it's 4 hours from us, I'll be tempted to make Honda of Ames my go to source for car buying. Keep up the great work, and thank you!
