Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Had a very pleasant experience with Matt Webber and Dave Pearson at the Dealership. Matt was very good with the financing portion and Dave was a very positive person for the purchase. I would recommend going to the dealer and ask for these two Managers.

I worked with Dave and Trevor on my new QX60. After an initial questionable experience I was able to meet Dave. He is extremely good at what he does and any car dealer should know that he is the very best at his trade. I would recommend Dave for a promotion but I believe he is the top dog there already. Great guy all around! Trevor delivered our car and another great guy. Just a 5 star experience from these guys.

I own a Lexus GS and this car is quality equal to my Lexus..and $17,000 less ..love some of the options my Lexus doesn’t offer..mod, birds eye view cameras, parking Side cameras ..standard q70 ,,only downside is premature rear brake wear…repair cost about the same as Lexus…

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

Great Experience overall!! I recently bought a 2025 Infiniti QX60 from this dealership. Overall a fantastic experience. Trevor made the entire purchase a seamless experience. Dave the GM went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I was looking for and that everything was exactly as I hoped it would be. They both followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was taken care of. The owner Greg also reached out during the buying process to make sure his team were taking great care of me. Overall it was a great experience. I got the car I wanted and the entire team were great. After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

I’ve owned for 3 years already, and being honest it’s a painful, wallet draining car. Such a blast to drive and own but will make you spend money if you abuse it too much. A good car for someone to change to spare on maintenance. Excellent car for a 4 cylinder turbo and very practical for someone like me (father of two with friends)

So far i have never had a problem with this car. I love my car, its the best. It has different drive modes like sports standard etc. It also drives very good in snow. I also get great miles to the gallon.

I went in knowing my current vehicle was on it's last leg. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted to look at and my price range. I pulled up and was immediately greeted by Nick Pfeffer. Features, safety, and etc. Once I made my decision from the three he worked with finance and helped me get signed up for car insurance. When finance was done I met with Tony, one of the finance managers, to wrap up the purchase. It was quick and easy! Numbers fit what I wanted, length of agreement was what I wanted. I never felt pressured the whole time I was there and they listened to what I wanted as a customer. Both told stories from their life during 'dead time' and asked me asked me questions about what I would use vehicle for and who would ride in it. I haven't bought a new car in 8 years so this experience was so great for my first time back. Once finance was done we got the temp plate and they took the car to detail for one more quick clean and got the plate taped up and helped me set up all the technology portions of my new car before I left. I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.
