I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Fast and easy to do business. The salesperson was had called before we got the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was ready for us the view and drive. The vehicle was waiting out front with our name on it. The sales manager met with us to talk over the price and trade in of my vehicle. he came back in a very short time after looking over my vehicle. He explained the pricing and it was in the range that i thought was fair. They explained the septs needed to complete the sale. I would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle.

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.

Bought 2017 Mazda3 Touring 6 Speed Manual new. It now has 180k miles. Fun to drive, great on fuel, great handling (Way better than Toyota Corolla), more than enough technology including Android Auto & Apple Car Play, easy on maintenance, very reliable (More reliable than Toyota in my opinion)

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

This month I just hit my 12-Year anniversary of owning my Brilliant Black 2010 S4. Buying it off the showroom floor (something I never do), I traded my 2002 BMW 530i and have never looked back. I snatched it up because, as the author describes, its sport seats are amazingly comfortable and supportive for rides of all lengths. The other reason was because this S4 had the 6-Speed Manual tranny and, as a old hot rodder, that feature spoke to my inner gearhead. I drove it to AZ when I relocated there months later, and the ride & comfort level were perfect! Handling was -- and still is -- like it rides on rails. As for the supercharger, it's simply a quiet BEAST. Nary a sound beyond only the faintest of a whine. And its 60/40 all-wheel drive provides an impressive launch off a light until that silent blower kicks in and brings a broad smile to this driver's face. I baby it more so now, but I still can't help but feel the thrill of taking this sleeper through its gears in quick fashion. It really never gets old. Twelve years on and 140,000 miles, and I have zero regrets. At 100,000 miles, it did require new front bushings (integrated within the control arms). However, I've yet to have to replace its well-made clutch... or the mufflers/exhaust... or the any major internal parts. And the supercharger has been totally maintenance-free. While the engine's rear main seal has finally begun to get a slight leak, only normal maintenance and new tires have had to be done. My original purchase price in 2010 was $51,000 with its only options being: > Full NAV Package > Leather Interior > 5-Tri-Spoke Aluminum Wheels At 12 years old, she looks less than half her age, with desert highway driving not doing any favors to the front-end's finish. But a fresh black paint job to the hood and front nose will resolve that. Passengers frequently comment how great its finish is, and they love that it has a stick shift. I've owned five BMWs (both 3- and 5-series) over the years, but my Audi S4 has probably been the best car purchase I ever made.

Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.
