Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

from the first day I had it I haven’t had any issues with it as it handles great and gas economy is awesome. I don’t have a negative to write. I drove Lincoln’s for the last 20 or more years and because they stopped making cars and only Crossovers or SVU’s, I searched high and low to find an equivalent car and googled all the options that were a must and the Subaru Legacy Elite came up and my husband and I went to look and drove out with our new car and couldn’t be happier. The ride is comfortable and the car is just great.

The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Honest and easy process, thorough and helpful communication. Recently traded in my 2008 Audi TT for a 2017 Audi TT at Ambar Motors. I contacted them from an online used car site. I live three hours away. Marcos responded to my inquiry and went above and beyond to send me pictures and videos to feel comfortable about the vehicle. When I was ready to talk/text about the numbers, I worked with Luis. We negotiated and agreed upon a fair price including my trade-in. I put a deposit down and planned to drive to their shop a few days later. Luis was very helpful with keeping in touch and helping me with the steps needed on my end to do this as I was new to the FL process. Did I read the “one star” reviews and was I super nervous about the whole thing? YES. But, do not get swayed by those reviews. Everything went exactly as Luis said it would. The car was as described. Smooth sailing through the purchase. Two months later, Luis called to see how the car is working out for me. I love the car and am sooooo thankful for the whole Ambar team. I highly recommend them. I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.
