I purchase my 2010 TL brand new in June of 2010 fully loaded. It was my first new car purchase. I drove it right off of the show room floor with 8 miles on the odometer. At present (Dec. 2022) it has just over 60,000 miles on it. Just three weeks after my purchase I had to return to the dealership because the car would veer to the left hard. They checked it out and couldn't find what the problem was so they replaced the left front strut to see if that would fix the problem, it did not, too this day (Dec. 2022) it still pulls/veers to the left even with several sets of new tires (Michelins) on it. The handling has been sloppy at best. Its somewhat tiring driving it long distances hence the low millage on it at present. Although I've had it back at Acura for all of its services they still can't tell me why this is happening they've even performed several alignments on the car. There was a recall on a computer chip in the transmission that was causing the engine to rattle, the chip was replaced under warranty but the rattling still manifests at times. The car goes through batteries like crazy in fact one year after I purchased the car the battery went bad and was replaced under warranty since then I've had several Acura batteries installed (just had one install this month Dec.2022). Once major problem I've had is with the oil engine light. It comes on even when the engine oil is full I've learned how to reset the light and had it check by Acura they had no answer for the problem but recommended and I had replaced the Oil Pressure Switch at a cost of $289.85 the problem still exist to date. I had the timing belt replaced and was told by Acura that the oil pump was leaking so they replaced the Spool Valve/O-Ring etc. as well for 600.00 was told by the technician that it would have been over an 800.00 cost had they not saw it when they did. I could go on and on. Bottom line this car has not been cheap to maintain for example along with the timing belt replacement and the oil leak was a cost of $1753.14 in 2019 the car only had 43,595 miles on the odometer. As to the ride, it rides very stiff/hard firm but smooth. I felled to mention that the outside mirrors shakes when you shut the door Acura refused to do anything about it because they stated that's the nature of the car. By now, you may be asking why I'm still driving this car....IT'S PAID FOR! lol. All in all it does most things well, good stereo, pretty quiet ride, roomy, 5 star rating (safe) and somewhat reliable. It's a good first car when brought second hand as long as the car has been taken care of. I must state that the SH/Awd is excellent I have never gotten stuck in the winter weather. At last, I just found out (Dec. 2022) that the navigation system will not be able to be ungraded after 2021 because the upgrade CD's are being discontinued. Hope this review helps someone thinking about purchasing this car used.

It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

Seems like they have a partnership program for financing - very convenient, no need to go to the bank. Everything done on site, and the terms were good.

Visited their service center - replaced oil and filters. Everything done neatly, without rush. Prices are reasonable, no upselling. Liked that they showed and explained what exactly they were doing.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

This is a very comfortable vehicle. However, the plastic on the driver's seat, covering the seat 💺 controls will detach from the seat. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful automobile to own.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Overall, I really like this car. Nice look inside and out. Easy to clean Internal cabin noise is quiet while driving. Like car notifications inside the car.

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I could immediately tell I was dealing with an experienced caring person. It hard to trust people in the car industry . But he has many allies that I know and glad my friend referred him to us . I was looking at 3 different car dealerships . As soon as I met him and drove the car I wanted I knew I was buying it from him. I had a company car and to make it easier He recommended dropping off the fleet car with him . I did . The transition was so smooth. He trained me on everything the car can do . I love love my car! I've owned this car for 4 years now. It is my 1st Cadillac and I just love it! The ATS is reliable no matter what the weather. It's quick and powerful yet, great on gas mileage. It has all the features you could ever want: 2 wheel, or all wheel driving, heated seats, heated steering wheel, sunroof, programable garage door button, sync cell phone for hands free, push button start, remote start, can even start car from Google/Alexa. Has standard Apps on touchscreen for NAV, Weather, OnStar and Pandora (music). Love the sound quality from the Boise speakers. Despite all the features that I love; There are a couple of design flaws of the car: ATS has a sporty design, it is low rider. For sure it's a smooth ride, however it being so low you do feel all the bumps in the road and slowing down for railroad tracks is a must. I'm only 5'2 and have to step down to get into it. Anyone close to 6 foot tall will bump their knee or head getting into it. As for cabin room, it is tight quarters. This vehicle is not for the driver who likes to carry a lot of things in (their) car. The trunk is small and very little storage inside the cabin area. The front seat has standard small glove box, a small hidden compartment but still too small to really store & access everyday items like sunglasses, coins/change or cell phone. The biggest and most costly Con about the car is getting the headlamp(s) changed. You can't do it yourself, it's too tight of an area to get your hand in the light housing area. It's designed to where you have to take it to a mechanic and they will have to literally remove the front bumper to get access and getting this done is costly expense. Luckily the headlights don't burn out often, but it is a added expense to have in mind. Over all, it is the best vehicle I've owned and I have a wonderful experience driving my ATS and I will drive it until it can't go anymore, then I'll most likely get another!

2003 running great still! Power steering leak, but otherwise not a single mechanical issue. No rust, no oil (in Ma.) Not a sports car, but maybe like the girl from next door who you always loved. Just great.
