We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Over the years I have driven different cars. I had Malibus in 1974, 1977 and came back to the Malibu in 2014 and now have a 2018. It is my favorite car and is just the right size for me and family members. Drives nice and is good on gas. I get compliments on my 2018 model. I call myself malibu Man.

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

We took our newly purchased Toyota Prius to VA for a shake down cruise. Found some minor issues. Called Chris. Brought the car in, they gave us a loaner, then knocked out the work. Thanks to ALL! Wife and I are happy!

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

Got the new color SAND DUNE PEARL and absolutely love it. I get all sorts of compliments on it. I had someone tell me that this car screams “ LOOK AT ME “ 2400 miles so far and a 46mpg average city / highway Love,love,love my car !

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. THIS PLACE is our new and only place to go for a car and we will tell everyone!

I just want to thank Bobby for the awesome job he did selling me my Trailblazer. I had multiple inquiries at multiple dealers but Bobby outclassed them all! I would receive a call back from an inquiry but had no clue at that point the vehicle what vehicle it was. Not Bobby though! I get a link to a YouTube video addressed directly to me with a tour of the car I was interested in. From there it was a breeze. Arrived at the dealership, test drove my car and left within the hour. Overall the Elantra is a great commuter car. It has been reliable. We consistently average 35 to 40 mpg with mostly highway driving. The seats are comfortable.

Fantastic friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff in the service department I would recommend them to anybody who needs service for their Chevys and they also provide snacks and coffee for their customers

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

it is a very nice car! it is all wheel drive. it only comes on one of the models. very roomy with all the modern features. The only negative is the Sun Roof is not available in the All Wheel Drive Model.
