This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

The employees were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions. We were pleased with the nice greeting and friendly atmosphere.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Bought the 2023 Kia Rio in April 2023 new, so have been driving it about 10 months now. Overall I like it a lot, it drives smoothly, has nice features (rear view camera, push button start, alloy wheels, LED lights, forward collision warning tech., etc.) and great gas mileage for an all gas car. I've taken one road trip in this and gas mileage on the freeways was over 50mpg! On a day to day basis, I average over 40mpg in the city. Only thing I can complain about is Kia has decided to discontinue the Rio for 2024 and beyond. I'm lucky to have gotten one of the last ones! Too bad most Americans continue to be programmed by marketing and media to drive big, fat gas guzzling trucks and SUVs. Ridiculous. I will continue to drive my small, fuel efficient, hatchback and shake my head at all the people in their gas guzzlers around me.

This is the second Subaru I have bought from this dealer. The wife bought her Outback in 2015, and she is still in love with it. Due to physical issues, I needed a car that was easier for me to get into, decided to give the Forester a look and it was a perfect fit. I am also well pleased with the service dept and sales staff. Highly recommend Serra Subaru.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Staff is kind and helpful and they speed it up if you tell them you?re waiting for the car. They also explain the work they did very well.

The employee are nice and friendly and also has kept me updated every hour regarding my vehicle Service status. The dealership provides courtesy transportation if needed and also will wash the outside of your vehicle after service.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I had a great experience when I bought my x4 at Cleveland BMW. Odin Greene was a very good sales person. He saw to it that all my requests were taken care of. Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

This car's reaching it's tenth birthday in the coming year, and has definitely earned itself a good reputation in reliability, to a point. Had to have the engine rebuilt at around 100k due to a recognized flaw where the seals around the pistons (one, in my case) would shave off the side of the inner piston chamber wall. Volvo was good about it, and rebuilt it for free, but I have heard about this being an issue with a percentage (although a small percentage) of 2015 S60's. If you own a 2015.5 S60, you should be okay (released at the half-year, they changed something in their engine design so this no longer happens). The 2015 model I own is a T-5 Drive-E, but even then the engines feel strong, and the acceleration is amazing given the engine downgrade for better mileage. Pros - Smooth, quiet, fast ride - Platinum package still makes this car shine given how far infotainment systems have come in 9 years - Takes 87 gas - Cold-oriented heating options. I lived in New Hampshire most of my life, and this thing took snow and ice like a champ. Good to know Volvo durability hasn't disappeared. Never failed to start, and the electric defrost option was a Godsend. - iPod/iPhone USB slot. Honestly wish this was in modern cars. You can play music from your iPhone (or iPod if you're a person of culture) as soon as you can hook it up to the charging port. Also charges your phone. Neutrals - Nav system. Pretty basic, but once you get good with the voice commands, is amazing. Other than that you have to put in addresses with one of the DIALS on the dashboard, which is lower than T9 typing. - Auto Climate setting. This is just more goofy than anything. You'll press it thinking it will slowly acclimate based on outside temps and engine warm-up and all sorts of things. No, it hilariously just turns your AC on max. Not even mad, its just super funny to think about. Cons - Start/Stop button. I don't care how much gas I "save", when you turn an engine off and on in any instance, you're wearing down parts faster. - No oil dipstick. Have to rely on electronically checking it, which has shown me close to max for the last few months, which I doubt. - Backseat legroom. It's not horrible if you're used to small sedans, and especially if you're used to super compact cars. - Turn radius. Holy crap do not invest in this car if you like parking somewhere (well) in a single turn. This thing parks like a grizzly bear with a saddle on it---mostly forwards and backs. Maybe I just prioritize good parking too much, but I don't like looking like that one guy in the Walmart parking lot who's content with 45 degree angles. The backup cam makes this not as much of an issue. All in all, a promising Volvo. Lacks the issues of the newer models, while looking pretty modern. If possible, I'd suggest trying to find a trim level higher than the default, but any trim level will be reliable. My biggest takeaway and suggestion for this would be to regularly maintain it. Get your oil changed regularly, keep your engine bay clean, invest in high-quality tires, and don't put 93 ethanol gas in for fun. It should last you as long as it did me.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.
