I have truly enjoyed driving my 2019 G70! It is sleek and zoomy. I can be where I want when I want. The quilted leather is quite classy and the back seat has more room than expected.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with the paperwork and explained everything very well. Everything was very smooth and easy! I saw the car, test drove it, and finished the paperwork all within about two hours. The car was in great condition as stated. He was very accommodating and takes great care of you. We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

Regarding Stephan and Lauren's purchase of the Audi 2021 on 3/20 2024. Working with Judas and Bill Smith. They really guided us through and h they were on top of everything that we needed to sign and they were courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Ryan was the gentleman that took an hour with us in the car, explaining all the nuts and bolts of how the Audi performs. He was wonderful. He was comical, but he was exact. And it was a pleasure working with Ryan. I highly recommend him for anybody else that's troubleshooting their Audi. Thank you so much.

The front seats are comfortable and supportive. The 4 cyl has pep, gets 20 mph in the city at 165,000 miles and has been very reliable. When first moving in cold weather, the CVT transmission has to warm up for a couple of minutes before it smoothly shifts gears or manually shift it. It starts every time with a 5 year old battery in 0 degree weather. All in all, a good purchase.a

Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isn't much incentive to haggle. I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.
