Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service. 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Advisor, instructs us to bring it in and they will investigate. This was after another dealership, informed us that they could look at it in a month. After review Wes had to deliver the bad news that there was a catastrophic engine failure. Dave Marshall, Service Manager assured us that they would do everything possible to expedite delivery of parts, and required shop time to get us back on the road. Additionally, he committed to a timeline that would keep us from returning home to the northeast while waiting for repairs. We contacted a national car rental agency and learned they had no cars available. Dave assured us they would help, and connected us with Jessica Mcguffin, Customer Coordinator. She arranged a weekly rental, and drove us to Mitchell Nissan to pick up the car. The rental was a 2024, reasonably priced and very easy on gas. Upon return Dave provided a loaner, while Tech Mike Ray finalized the major repairs. Once complete we were assured that driving the 1100 miles home would be fine. Most of those miles were on interstate, there were, and have been, no issues. I realize that this is a lengthy review, but this team needed to be recognized for their natural customer service and actions.

This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

Mitchell was very attentive and considerate. I am having the car shipped to me so I am hopeful g go or a great car.

I love my second GT2 Stinger it's everything I want in a car. It's the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and sport, with plenty of power. I never had a single problem with my Stinger’s and I'd highly recommend this car to anyone.

had the best experience at Bondy’s Nissan when I went in to buy a new car after my experience with a lemon I bought 10 months ago from an individual who sold me a Hyundai Sonata with oil consumption issues. Mitchel Nissan would not give me a dine for the car. I don’t was honest about my cars issues but they still did a very generous trade in. My salesperson Deborah Davis was very sweet and thorough. She had a car ready for me to test drive when I arrived and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Sentra. I love the car. Ii also enjoyed meeting the manager Jayme Lemon, (yes Lemon) who financed my car. Deborah and Jayme were both very personable and answered all my questions. Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Bondy's Toyota(last week.) I'm a senior citizen with a terminal illness and can no longer speak. After the purchase, I had a problem and tried to get some help from Bondy's and was, in essence, stonewalled. They were happy to take my money. Absolutely no help with the problem, whatsoever. I ended up going to Sam Boswell Honda and was treated like a queen. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially Billy in Sales. He helped me find a solution, even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. I will NEVER recommend Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise, not even for the time of day. I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I took in my Dodge branded Sprinter RV to this dealership. I was met by Howard Bruce. Howard got me into the system quickly and then had the technician working on my problem even before the paperwork was complete. I was totally impressed. It turned out that my Dodge branded warranty did not qualify at a Mercedes-Benz dealership even though the engine and drive train were Mercedes-Benz. That didn't stop Howard Bruce from providing me with excellent customer service. He went out of his way to try and find a dealer that could service me. Meanwhile, the technician came back with the problem and the fix. Howard priced it out for me in the event that I could not get warranty on the repair. With all the help I got at this dealership, plus the fact they didn't even charge me for reading the code and the help they provided makes the decision to revisit this service facility once warranty has expired a real easy one. I will be back!

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

the car is absolutely amazing…. but they are out of there xxxx minds if they think this car is worth $70,000 . Completely over priced and someone is trying to screw someone over big time. The car is not worth that much and we have yet reached a time where they are no longer selling them at dealerships. There are a lot still out here and selling very well. This person who ever put that $70,000 price tag on this car is insane and shouldn’t be aloud to sell fruit no less a car smh.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.
