John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

This does NOT refer to either my dealer's sales or service departments, both of which are excellent. But I have to relate that a life-of-the-car part, the steering control module, failed at only 8,500 miles, and as luck would have it, just after the new car warranty expired. It required two visits and over $1400 to repair. I've not heard anything from Mercedes about even a partial reimbursement- not that I really expect anything.

Service was amazing! I would say we were in and out within an hour and a half our advisor explained everything to us. We have no complaints.

Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

We bought our 2017, AWD 3.7L Select 3 years ago, an off lease car with 31,000 miles on it and we now have just shy of 50,000 miles on it. A coolant leak repaired under warranty within the first week of ownership, last year (year 2) a defective rear door latch button (interior) replaced and the automatic trunk needed a repair later in the year. All told $500 out of pocket in repairs. The fit, finish and interior are outstanding (I traded in a 2005, 3 series BMW for this car, and the Continental’s materials build quality is equal or better). Judge for yourself- but the critical reviews of others simply not justified in my opinion. The ride of this car is not up to 1960s luxury car standards (Lincoln or Cadillac), nor is the noise isolation. The 3.7L V-6 in our car is the same used in previous generations of Mustangs and it shows. I grew up with those ‘60s and ‘70s American luxury cars and I drove them as a teenager (my parents’ and grandparents’ cars). On the other hand, no car currently made can equal the quiet soft ride of those cars. This Continental, however, is close enough it took me back in time. Someone at Lincoln did their homework. The trade off here is exceptional (comparative) acceleration out of a normally aspirated V-6; working harder than a big block V-8 of the ‘60s, but scooting the substantial weight of this car faster than anything of its like made in the ‘60s. The car also out handles those old boats. A fair trade off. I actually love this car. It doesn’t pretend to be anything but 100% American. We actually bought it over a Mercedes S class after driving the Mercedes. A shame Lincoln saw fit to discontinue it, the Continental represents the end of an era (at least so long as Cadillac insists on mimicking a BMW). Nothing is perfect, my complaints are few. The transmission as others have noted can give a rough downshift from time to time at lower speeds. But overall it is well behaved. If left out during winter, ice can collect at the back of the trunk lid where it meets the glass and it must be removed if the trunk is to be opened. Similarly, ice can collect around the folded mirrors and should be removed before starting the car. Ice tends to collect in the door handles’ inner hoops and may need to be chipped away. Our car with a winter package, supposedly has heated windshield wipers, nowhere in evidence. Gas mileage isn’t as bad as some report. Our car has exceeded the EPA mpg estimates. We average close to 19 mpg in town and 26 mpg on the highway on regular.

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

Bought 2008 with 94k miles on it and have owned it for 2 years (115k on it now). Great value car, great Dave Ramsey car(read the Total Money Makeover), great car value to avoid debt(buy one off a “grandma” (=low miles and not driven hard(it only went to church and the grocery store🤣😂)). I will drive it to 200k or more and my investment accounts will keep on growing!

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!
