Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

This car is very comfortable with great leg room front & back. The trunk is enormous as well, which I find awesome when traveling with my family & friends. Also, it’s great on gas and the speed is easy you don’t even realize your doing 80 mph because it glides and handle curves so easy!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

A little smaller than I would have liked, however, considering its competition my choice over any BMW, Toyo/Lexus or Niss/Infiniti. Got a great deal on a leaseback and over 3 years less than 2K deprecition. ALSO, it's got three pedals!!! Woudn't drive anything else. People talk about reliabilty ... haven't had a glich.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

Car buying has ALWAYS been a stressful experience. No matter how prepared I am, the grand cacophony of texts and emails is overwhelming. This time around was no exception...until...Mike from Nissan of Macomb rose above the hubbub. He didn't send a message that said, "Call to schedule a drive" like all the others. Instead, he answered our initial inquiry about a specific car. Rather than simply saying it was "available" he took the time to detail the entire cost so we knew immediately that it was in our family's budget. This is how we prefer to work. His attentiveness "drove" us to start our physical search at Nissan of Macomb. The dealership was clean and we were welcomed immediately. Throughout the entire process Mike was kind, professional and patient. He answered our questions, listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. We had come in a couple of hours before closing and never felt rushed to leave. Our first choice in vehicle was available on site and he pulled it around for us himself. The other two were not available, but he brought out one of their equivalents. He took his time explaining features and answering our questions. He also encouraged us to take a test drive for longer than we'd planned. We loved the car that was our first choice. We'd come in with pre-approved financing from our bank. However, Nissan is running end-of-month incentives and we were able to get a better rate through Nissan. Mike took us to the reception area, showed us the window where we could see the service area and offered us refreshments. While sitting there to wait for our application to be processed, I realized we had grossly underreported our income. I ran to find Mike in a panic. That's when I met Noah who was very friendly and professional. He found Mike for me within moments of my talking to him. Mike took me to Corey who was just about to send our application. My adrenaline was rushing so my thought process was slowed. Corey and Mike stood with me while I calmed down and Corey (who was also incredibly friendly) worked through the math with me. I mean, I was totally frazzled and both of them were so incredibly helpful and patient. Our application was processed quickly and before we even realized it, our new car was taken for detailing. We knew when we started this process that we wanted to buy soon. We had done our homework, but we honestly hadn't thought that we would go in and come out with our car the same night. Mike guided us through everything remaining friendly and patient the whole time, even as it grew past closing time. We were taken to do our paperwork. I believe the gentleman who helped us is named, Richard, but I was so tired at that point I may have that wrong. So sorry if I do. "Richard" guided us through the paperwork without being pushy and was very professional. At this point, I'm sure everyone wanted to go home, but we were still treated so well by every single person we met. Corey even came out to congratulate us on our new car as Mike was handing us the keys and going over a few features. I know this review is long, and perhaps won't be thoroughly read by consumers, but I hope the owners and managers of Nissan of Macomb do read every word. Mike, Corey, Noah and Richard as well as everyone else we encountered were absolutely wonderful. We are thrilled with our purchase and the entire process. We look forward to continuing our relationship through the service department and will make this our first stop when it's time to replace our other car. I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

This car is has plenty of legroom and is very comfortable. It was a large trunk, and the back seats fold down to allow even large objects to fit. It has been extremely reliable.

If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer.  They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.  While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

Purchase the 2010 Volkswagen CC in 2010. As of 2022 I'm still driving my beautiful car. I always had maintenance done as the manual suggests. There was often an issue with replacing the brake light bulbs.

I came in for a tire rotation and was in a hurry, the service manager drove my truck in himself and saw that it got completed quickly and finished it with a wash, thanks a lot Doug!

The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.

Mike is an extremely hard-working, trustworthy, and caring person who we feel lucky to have found. We will be buying our future vehicles from him again. It is clear that he has thought about making all aspects of the process of buying a new car as smooth and comfortable as possible for the buyer. He is insightful and made it a positive experience for the whole family, even making waiting time in the lobby fun for the kids.
