Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I rarely post reviews, but I I am making an exception because I need to make sure that this gets out! I despise car shopping. I think the cost of vehicles is absurd, and I go into a panic every three years when my lease runs out. I HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE AT RON BOUCHARD! I have been telling everybody I know (and don’t!) that if they need a vehicle do not go anywhere else but Ron Bouchard, specifically Lancaster, and ASK FOR LUIS RIVERA! Luis was amazing, and I say that with my whole chest. From the moment we walked in, he was 100% interested in what I needed, NOT what would make him the most money. I was ready to have to plead my case about monthly payments and how I really wanted to buy out the lease when Luis said, unprompted, “You know, you are in a really good position to buy out your lease.” 😳 The relief I felt leaving that dealership is like nothing I have experienced in the last three leases from “Herb”, where the goal is to push you to the absolute max you can pay a month, plus a few extra. Not true at Ron’s house! You can tell they are interested in helping and building trust. They want you to come back! They want you to tell others to go there! Repeat business is critical for these guys, and I want to make sure that they get as much as possible. I also have to mention Eddie Osorio, the finance manager we worked with. Again, completely transparent about what was happening at every turn. Numbers make my head hurt, but Eddie clearly explained everything with no high pressure sales, just the pros and cons of each option. I could not be happier with the outcome. Putting business aside, these are just really good human beings. Good energy throughout the entire dealership. I could not have imagined I would be raving about a car buying experience, but here we are! Look, there are a million places to get a car. I have spent days of my precious free time over the years trying to find the best deal, the lowest payment, etc. Do not waste your time. Just go here first. And ask for LUIS RIVERA! You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻

Shar (or Char) helped me as soon as I arrived with my car on a tow truck. She was amazing...with a smile, we will help you, let us take care of it, don't worry about the time, lets get you a rental car, etc. Power steering had failed. It was after 4:30 and they close at 5. An appt. was booked for the next morning. I lived about 30 mins. away so got a rental from them. They checked the code and couldn't find anything wrong. It would not be covered under warranty because there was no service done. I wasn't happy. Spoke to Service Manager (? name), he was very apologetic, called regional manager and he said they would take care of the bill and rental fee (over $100). I was so relieved. Great customer service by both of them. Shar really rocks, though!!!

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

New car 9/2017: odometer now at 65000 miles. No issues at all since new. Fuelly.com calculates 40.5 MPG in 30/70 highway/city driving. 5 speed manual transmission has excellent synchros - and with a very light clutch engagement plus short throw gear changes - this 2017 1.4 turbo is fun to drive.

He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

David Kim was excellent. I got a 2021 Jetta SEL Premium. The car is immaculate, it looks brand new,the inside looks like it's never been touched.

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.
