I bought a 08 Lincoln Town Car about five years ago. It had 10018K on it, I was the third owner. I now have 10080K on it. It has best car I've ever owned. Had to replace the air conditioner compressor at 10070K.I plan on getting around 3000K on it.

Auto Empire was excellent. Hunter T was super helpful and answered all my questions. I found the perfect truck online and didn’t want to have to drive all the way from Norfolk just to look at it so she offered to do a FaceTime and showed me the whole truck. Under the hood, under the wheel wells, everything. I was expecting to have to drive all that way. I made an appointment to come test drive the truck after work and they were super accommodating of my schedule. I ended up putting $500 down after the test drive until Navy Fed got my loan together. It was only like 3 days later I was able to pick the truck up! But that’s because Navy Fed took that long. They had the truck ready to go when I test drove it but I didn’t have the cash. Hunter even offered to arrange shipping but it had a buddy drive me up. It was worth the trip for the exact truck I wanted. They had several good looking trucks but I wanted a specific GMC. Great experience! Highly recommend.

I have a 2020 Chevy Equinox that had service all wheel drive, Ray Korchak checked me in and they had to keep the car a few days, Ray went out of his way to keep me updated on what was going on with the car, It ended up being a wiring harness they had to order. We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Broke the visor on my 2019 RDX while traveling from Pa to Virginia. This dealership ordered new visor, installed it and washed and swept the inside of my vehicle! Awesome, friendly service. I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

Overall a good car for the price, smooth and quiet ride (for its class) and surprisingly accurate gas milleage. What we like so far (got it a month ago and have already 1500 miles (driven in the mountains and in the city): consistent great gas mileage - the best among hybrids; nice exterior design and great safety features; spacey interior; very decent and quiet ride: don't expect great power from the start but can get to 140 - 160 miles/hr and ride smoothly and quietly. What we don't quite like: the door pockets are so small one cannot fit a regular cup of coffee or tea, rather cheap fixtures, missing back sit middle cup holder (they added it to the more expensive models but these have lower gas mileage), the mirrors do not automatically fold, weird design of the middle console, it has a sort of wall (possible for the right seat rider to hold) but that takes of the space we could've use to add a two cup holder adaptor. After a year of ownership I'll update the review.
