I had a very specific car in mind, and Anna Marie was patient as she walked me through the process and showed me all of the car's features. During the entire process, she was personable and honest. As opposed to some other places, there was no back-and-forth haggling, and I was very happy with the overall price and financing. I left the dealership feeling good about my overall experience and decision to purchase. Less than two weeks after my purchase, Anna Marie contacted me when my plates arrived, and she and Mike helped me to resolve a post-purchase issue where other dealerships would not have been so helpful. My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

We were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Tenafly. It had been 2 weeks that we were very actively looking for a pre-owned BMW X1. I saw the advertisement of Honda of Tenafly on Friday for a new entry they got matching exactly our requirements. The listing had no pictures as they had no chance to take some yet (nothing sketchy as someone could think). My first contact with them was via text and I have to admit that it was not a successful experience. I would not bother with that system and call directly the dealership. We spoke to Denise that answer all our questions and set-up an appointment for us. Arriving at the dealership we were treated by one of the salesperson, Lydia - very nice and professional. She located the car and brought it for us. The car was not even in the dealership lot yet as they just had finished inspection and were in the process of cleaning it. That stopped everything for us to see it. It was perfect! The car was a trade in with a perfect Carfax - one owner, low mileage, regular maintenance by a local BMW dealership - PERFECT! We decided to go for it! The dealer’s fees were minimum and it was a very transparent process. We didn’t have our checks on us so they allowed us to make a deposit via credit card ($5,000 max on cc per transaction), leave with the car and gave us a few days to bring back a check of the remaining amount. In overall, we are very happy with the process and we would highly recommend to deal with Lydia! She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I wanted to buy a used crv ex from 2017, was in market for 3 months, I attended lot of Honda dealers. Most of them either quoted more or argued with me for unnecessary things!! Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. I bought a Chrysler Crossfire there in 2016. I'm a Toyota/Honda guy so buying a car that was half Chrysler, half European was a big leap of faith but I always liked the look of the Crossfire. Now it's March 2022, I still have it and it runs great (knock wood), no problems. When you go there you deal with the owner, Mike, so you don't have to deal with any of that salesman, "Let me talk it over with the manager..." nonsense. He's great. Gives you the price and doesn't try to sell you all sorts of tack ons. I had a very good experience.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

Had the car for four years only had to do basic maintenance like tires an front brakes rear brakes tcase transmission service rear diff. Driven the thing like 65k in those four years perfect for road trips handles pretty decent in the snow an ice, you can tell it's a little heavy going down hill but the trans in snow mode does it's wizardry magic an can keep you going slow. Uphill is a little more exciting in the snow due to the rear wheel bias on the 4matic system but once it kicks the rear end out it reels it back in. It definitely likes the colder air I don't know if it's the intercooler being heat soaked but living somewhere where it's 100 plus in the summer I can tell it's not as peppy versus the winter time when it's in the teens. Interior has held up great with kids. Only thing that's broke on the inside is the springs for the cup holders an the trunk button which wasn't my fault had a friend driving it an they pulled it to hard. The exterior is honestly timeless you can't tell it's a four year old car not to flashy or dull it's a suttle boujee. The service at Mercedes has always been super, everyone thinks you're going to pay an arm an a leg for service but honestly only having to go in once maybe twice a year it's not terrible versus every 5k on other cars I've owned. The factory warranty ran out but Mercedes offered extended for an extra fours on top of the factory unlimited mileage bumper to bumper so they give you peace of mind an it makes you feel like they have faith in their own product to give you unlimited miles. In all the experience has been exciting the turbos spool up quick an gives you a little stu stu, from a dig your pretty quick, when you down shift the exhaust gives you some pops an bangs. Interior looks nice don't really think it'll age terribly considered everything now a days comes with giant screens. An as a technician for a different manufacturer it's not terrible to work on. I would recommend it to anyone.

I almost gave up with inquiring by email as most dealers you will just get an automated response if any at all! Looks like a solid place to do business with a great line up of vehicles. I love this car, but due to my disability, I have a hard time getting out of the car. This is a great car for the right person.
