While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

Rennat helped make the car buying experience seamless and was open about everything with the car I now own. I never felt i had things being hidden from me or anything of the sort. Very reassuring and helpful. Small issue found with the rubber seal on the window and was reassured before leaving the lot that this will be fixed and they will be in contact with me to work with my schedule. All around great!

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Purchased a 2018 titanium hybrid with 77K miles on it in 2019, for commuting purposes. I have driven 51K. I had to replace the emergency eletrical brake motor, put a new battery in (not HV), new spark plugs, regular maintenance. I run 400 mls. each week. This car is troublefree. I am totally impressed with performance and reliability, gas consumption (36.8 mpg) since I have a lead foot and on top of that, the car looks sleek. Excellent exterior design and impressive interior. I would have preferred to have the driver seat slide back a couple more inches, but it is very comfortable nevertheless. Great acceleration for passing and is peppy enough to satisfy my aggressive driving (which I have under control). The sound system is incredible. Old school so I love the bass. Great car.

I bought the 2022 Accent SE trim as a backup daily driver. It's great but not awesome. True, the interior is not much of a wow factor, but it's nice and simple. The radio and infotainment is simple, backseats, trunk, lights, many simplicities in this car. Driving is fun, it does have a bit of an acceleration that I'm not used to. Huge windshield though, I was impressed. The shifter know moves cleanly as well. Brake is under par, I wish it was a bit better (I'm probably used to the Brembos on my garage queen.) I don't like the plastic rim cover, I might change out the rims to nicer ones. I replaced my halogens with LEDs for my headlights. I get about 33-36 MPG driving in Texas roads so, my driving habits are rather safe-ish and slow. I think for the price, it is one of the best starter cars out there. I love Toyotas and Hondas, but these days in 2024, they are way too overpriced. If you are in the market for something simple and clean, and are trying to avoid flashy and eye stares, also while not hurting your wallet; this might be the car your looking for

The car is so quiet! At first, I didn't realize it was even on. It drives well. I think I have figured out the bells and whistles. In the fall, I think I will be taking it to PA, so I am anxious to see how it performs on a long trip.

I fell in love with the new bodystyle Maxima when it came out in 2016. I have it now for 7 years now with 99,212 miles and it is still drives smoothly. It's my baby. I am planning to put another 100,000 miles. I have no single problem at all but of course I am faithfully get it serviced. Sad that this will be the last year that they are making the Maxima. By the way, I named her Maxie.
