My BMW 128i had a tire pressure system monitor system give a "system inactive" message. Had all the sensors replaced by the third party tire shop. The problem didn't go away , even though the new sensors radiated the signal just fine. Casey spent a lot of time trying to diagnose why the problem was still there - they didn't charge me anything !! I had tor original BMW sensors installed and the problem was resolved.I thought it was very good of Casey to help me at no charge.

I visited this dealership looking to buy a used car. I ended up selecting another dealer, but not because anything this dealer did, just that I found another car that suited my needs better. The staff was very courteous and pleasant, and the facilities was excellent. Lyndon, who was my salesperson, showed me a Toyota Corolla, and I had a great time test driving it. He was very informative about the car and the buying process. While this is a big dealership, I felt looked after, and really appreciated their time.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

Mike Bullus and Wayne Heath make you feel like you are their only customer. They give you special attention no matter how busy they are. All employees are polite and helpful in making your wait very pleasant.

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

The service rep was awesome. I didn’t care for the “lady” after hour service rep. She couldn’t answer any questions about my service or coupon/discounts.

I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

I had a bad couple of years. 2018 being the worst. I filed bankruptcy, lost my home, was in a job so stressful that it was killing me literally. In 2019 I decided to take control of my life and try to get out of my hole. Anyway, I needed a vehicle and threw my info out there to dealerships who handle people in my case. Hall was the only company consistent but not in an annoying way. They made an appointment for me and I met with Mr. Henry Bly. At first I was apprehensive about meeting with a salesman because I don’t like the “show” they put on to sell you something. But once I sat down with him, he made me feel human. He was real and let me know that I’m doing good and we will get my situation better within a year. He got me into a car that wasn’t the base model to give me some dignity. He made me feel like I once felt before and that’s a person who had great credit and was in a great place in her life. He then handed me over to the finance guy, Mr Chris Sherrod who was also amazing. I’m thankful for this experience and no longer fear dealerships and being suckered. I’m able to hold my head high and feel good again.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

The first this I want people to know is the salesman, Omar was fantastic and very helpful finding a car for me. The first week of December I totaled my 2019 Highlander Platinum, and the most important thing was that nobody was hurt. So when we discussed replacement car, I wanted another Platinum Highlander, but a new one. Little did I know how rare they were a this point. Omar at Pearson Toyota was able within a few minutes found me one to look.at. It was a Grand Highlander Platinum and had under 5000 miles, and was beautiful. It had everything I wanted and had never been sold to anyone. Omar and the entire staff at Pearson worked so hard and now less than 48 hours later it is sitting in my driveway. I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

Before arriving at Hall Hyundia I had visited five other car dealers. I was met with either no assistance or salespersons trying to push me to buy any new car on the lot. When we arrived at Hall we were met by Darryl Rodgers, a very nice gentleman that seemed much more interested in helping me find the car that would satisfy our needs instead of pushing us in a specific direction. His attention and guinine help, filled with much patience and kindness, not only led us to the car that we are delighted with but makes us feel we have acquired a new friend. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Darryl helped us select a car that was not available locally. He personnaly drove the distance of 350 miles to obtain my choice. When we dropped off the car to get the Auto Armor finish installed, he even returned the rental car for us the following day. This man and this dealer has totally changed my whole concept of car buying for the good. We are very thankful we continued until we came to Hall Hyundia.

Overall, I really like this car. Nice look inside and out. Easy to clean Internal cabin noise is quiet while driving. Like car notifications inside the car.

He went out his way to demonstrate the features of the Highlander--it was an impressive vehicle. Important to us was vehicle safety, and Tim showed us what the car offered in terms safety. He answered all our questions. He was very efficient in processing our paperwork and the set up our financing appointment. After the car was detailed, he spent additional time with us integrating our phones with the car system and went through all the electronic features the car offered. His attention to detail and concern for our satisfaction made a real difference in our car purchase!

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

I recently acquired my second Accord. I sold my Accord in July and purchased another vehicle (not a Honda). I wasn't thrilled, and five months later, I found myself looking at Accords. A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

Mr. Malone, Dealership General Manager, was EXTREMELY fair in the way he resolved my issue. I have been buying vehicles since 1968 and I have NEVER been treated as well by a dealership as I was at Casey Honda. It's not how you're treated when things are going well. Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.
