I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.

My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. The staffs are very friendly, first Yasu made it very easy for me to schedule a test drive within 15 min of my call. Yasu was very welcoming when we met and very knowledgable about the car and made it very easy to go over the financing application. When picking the car, Connor was very nice and spent enough time with us making sure to cover everything related to technology and answering our questions.

I got a 2015 a4 S-line and i couldn’t recommend it more it’s a great daily with exceptional power to get you where ever with great gas mileage and if you wanna tune or upgrade the look the after market customization is great for these cars im currently on Stage 1 Map 2 Intergrated Engineering and i love it it gives you more speed and pep and definitely more torque i got it to 282hp 360ish Tq and i got a couple bolt on mods. THIS CAR WILL LAST YOU WELL OVER 200K MILES IF TREATED PROPERLY AND MAINTAINED, Only thing i can complain about is the outdated interior i get it’s a 2015 but the interior is the same on there 2008-2012 models i wish they changed that and other than that i love the car!

This particular 2016 Corolla S we bought used in December 2021 and so far so good. I had a small Toyota pickup back in the mid 1980’s and it was awesome!!!

I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. Purchased new in March 2018 Legacy Limited 2.5. Used as main commuting car until late 2023-now has 89000 miles. Commute 84 miles roundtrip at 80-85 mph, very steady and secure and 29-30mpg. Excellent in heavy rain (never driven in snow) we get in Houston. Will keep 4 more years but Subaru discontinued the Legacy so likely another brand if I want a sedan.

I took my daughter and young grandson in to get a safe, reliable car. Jason and Sergio were a great team to work with and I we left with a great SUV at a great price that I feel very comfortable with my daughter and grandson being in for years to come. They made the process so easy and gave us some really good advice. I will come back to Gage in the future for all of my used car needs.

I had my oil changed at the Beaverton, OR location on 09/20/19. As I arrived, Adam was waiting for me, walked up to my car and greeted me with a positive smile. Also, Adam was very attentive and answered my question of when my next oil change is due, scheduled my future oil change right away. I respect Adam's customer service.

We bought this car brand new after owning Cadillacs and Corvettes, also bought brand new. We're in our 80's now and needed a reliable, moderately priced vehicle 6 years ago and needed dependability. After researching Toyota, we bought this 2016 Corolla and are extremely pleased we did. We have had zero problems with it, it is safe, economical & comfortable. If, and when, this vehicle becomes too expensive to maintain, we will definitely buy another Toyota!

My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

I purchased a 2014 MB C 250 sport/Luxury in February of 2017. The car is beyond my expectations. This particular car had many options not generally seen in most C class vehicles and with low mileage. Still, I believe I paid an extremely fair price for the car. The car is a joy to drive and handles like a much more expensive car and looks like it too! It's pure class! And as an added bonus, the 4 cylinder turbo sport engine gets terrific mileage. Just a wonderful, wonderful car. My salesperson, Jason was extremely kind, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the car, the brand as well as the other vehicles in the showroom. The rest of the sales team were also very accommodating and engaging, asking if I needed anything such as coffee or water. The terrific gal in the finance department (I sincerely apologize for forgetting her name) was so kind and super efficient! Thank you! Thank you! The dealership and its location in Portland is beautiful and the indoor showroom makes shopping for a car a very pleasant experience indeed. My husband and I have often told our friends about Freeman Motor Company and encourage them to visit. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Freeman Motor Company and we'll be back, but I'm keeping my beautiful MB C-class!

A great daily driver that is comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The tech features are low stress and easy. Always feels ready to reduce stress with spirted driving. Has a way of wrapping around you to feel like a smaller car as you drive and still be large enough to feel safe on a road full of crossovers.

Did some research ahead of time and searched for the 2017 Camry until I found one in my area that looked great in photos-went to the Heritage dealer and bought it right away. Smooth riding and reliable, happy with my decision.

Great car overall. Drives very well and quite punchy and fun with a good turbo. Reliable, haven't had much issues so far. Value is great especially since they are loaded well and its less then 10k for a decent one. VERY VERY safe car, Saab's are extremely safe and this car gives you confidence that you are safe. I have a 2.0T which gets good mpg for its class, I once got around 40 mpg highway. The 2.0T is fun and punchy with impressive acceleration, most reliable too. If your willing to spend a little more and have significant funds for maintenance and repairs go for a 2.8T V6, which is fast. It handles well. Pros: 1. Well priced, good value 2. Stylish and unique design 3. Great cornering headlights xenon 4. Good engine, reliable if maintained, fast/quick 5. Very Safe, Swedish Metal 6. Jet fighter interior look Cons: 1. Rear seat legroom is a little disappointing but not a major issue for me, but if you have a large family i wouldn't recommend this car, go for a 9-5 instead. 2. Paint damages easily when older, these 9-3s can have paint peel issues in the long run if you live in hotter climates. 3. Some interior pieces aren't the best of quality for it's class. Door handles and small things, it can be creaky. Overall: Here and there it has minor disappointments but it definitely makes up for it very well. Great and fun car. I highly recommend this as a first car or commuter, maybe even for a small family.
