Friendly service team, from the person who greets you in in the Service Center to your assigned Service Rep then to the Accounts Payable team members, everyone is smiling, happy to see and assist you and they always have something nice to say and go out of their way to make sure you understand the work that's been done or what you vehicle need to run smoothly. All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center. My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they’re like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn’t notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I’m able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they’d been out days prior). It’s a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it’s a 40 minute drive each way. They’re just that good!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

Gary was extremely helpful and he made our buying experience an enjoyable day. Wasn't totally ready to buy but everyone went out of their way to answer all our guestions and did everything that we asked to get us in the car we wanted and the final thing that made us buy was the service plan that they offer. Would certainly shop here again.

I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

August 31, 2021 Saccucci Review I bought a new, 2021 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI. Being new to hybrid vehicles, from the beginning when I walked through the door and asked to talk to someone knowledgeable about plug-in hybrids, I felt comfortable dealing with the Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager, Casey Martin. For the past 3 years, Casey has been driving the type of car I was looking to buy. He was honest and forthcoming about the pros and cons from his experience. I place a lot of value on dealing with companies and people that are trustworthy, technically knowledgeable and competent, and that provide high quality customer service, especially on big ticket items. When I asked Casey to put some numbers together regarding the total cost of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, and the bottom line, I was extremely surprised to see that Saccucci was passing on to me a $5,000 Honda incentive discount off the MSRP for my new Clarity. That discount never came up in my dealings with other dealerships as I was pricing the very same car with other dealers in RI and MA. All other dealers were asking for the MSRP of $34,790 or close to it. Once I decided I wanted to buy the Clarity, there were a few hurdles to overcome. First, Casey needed to locate a Clarity from another dealer. Saccucci had sold their last one. Within a day he found one. From that point, the Saccucci team was very helpful facilitating the delivery and registration process, complicated by the need to schedule appointments to do in-person business in the MA RMV. Saccucci normally takes care of the registration process, but I wanted to get my new “EV” plate ASAP, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once a next-business-day appointment was scheduled, they made it happen covering for staff vacations, time off, etc.. Special thanks to Pat McLaughlin and Shannon, sales consultants, Stephanie, Kellyann, and other back-office staff. Also, special thanks to Luke for a great job introducing me to my new car with a well organized and thorough orientation. Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

I purchased a Ford Bronco Sport at Tasca in Seekonk. The saleswoman, Christine Coriaty, provided excellent service and knowledge about the vehicle. I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

Great navigation system, roomy interior, stylish, easy to drive, large trunk space. The memory seat adjustment is a plus. Also has a great sound system.

I bought my car in 2016 with 40k miles on it. I've owned it for 9 years and it now has 183k miles on it! The engine still purs like a kitten after all these years. It's a very reliable car with plenty of power and awesome performance, especially around the corners! It's a really fun car to drive and I look forward to adding plenty more enjoyable miles to it! Worth every penny!!

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

Very happy with my used car I bought there. Recently brought it in for an oil change and spoke with my salesperson Tyler and Used car Mgr Dan(?) about an issue. The were very responsive and took immediate action to correct the issue at no cost to me. Very much appreciated. I had a rotten experience with my last auto purchase and this customer service was very, very refreshing.

I purchased my GT turbo - automatic in 2021 as 2022 model and my only regret was that didn’t wait for the cooling seats package. Great looking vehicle with above average performance and great fuel efficiency. It’s one of the best affordable sports sedans in the market and one of the few where you can actually fit a 6’ adult in the backseat. I’m looking to add another with my desired package soon.

Bought my Forte Gt line at Mathews of Blakley Kia, great salesman ship, i had Dylan, he was very knowledgeable. My Forte is beautiful paid under 23000. and got a car with alot of options other dealers would have charged you for looks great and performs well, i have read other reveiws that slam the kia brand but they have come a long way

I bought this vehicle in February of 2023. I have approximately 9,000 miles on it and it has performed flawlessly. It is very easy to drive and gets great gas mileage. Mine is Red (currant red) with black interior.
