The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

The guys at Imotobank are all fabulous! The buying process was fun & painless. They really listened to what I wanted and were good about staying in my budget. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

This place is the best. I first started off by meeting Junior who was able to have Carly help me with my car. Carly was so very helpful and didnt feel like he pressured me. I fell in love with the 2023 Honda Pilot TrailSport as i seen it almost 2 months ago at another location but it was a model. But unfortunately that place and every other Honda place couldn't get me this vehicle until July, which was very disappointing. I gave up and 2 weeks ago I wet to Toyota to get me a highlander. I was told about this location and called them up and said they had one coming May 30 which I was unsure and it was too good to be true. Saturday 5/13 I went and Carly and Junior they both were so fantastic and amazing. I finally met Sam the financial advisor who was also amazing. Today (5/15) my mother and I went to finalize paper work today and he made it a smooth process. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

No fancy show room or salesmen in suits fawning all over you. If you want an inexpensive used Telsa Model S or Prius this is the place to go. Dan knows everything about these cars. Got a 2014 Tesla model s at a great price and in great shape. Everything works. After I agreed to buy the car, Dan gave me a few extra accessories at no cost and sat with me to configure the car. Nice car, nice guy, great price!

All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center. My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they’re like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn’t notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I’m able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they’d been out days prior). It’s a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it’s a 40 minute drive each way. They’re just that good!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

I contact this dealership regarding a 2012 BMW X5. They actually drove it down to their Johnston Honda dealership for me to have a look and take it for a test drive. I truly appreciated this as I did not have time to make the trip to Newport.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.
