A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

Sales personnel were very attentive and helpful. Worked to put an acceptable deal together. Everything was very positive except the wait to complete all the paperwork. This was a cash deal so the 1 1/2 hours to complete the paperwork took as long or longer than a finance deal. This needs to be improved. Otherwise very pleased with the dealership.

This was such a easy experience for my family and I. Nikki was over the top! She delivered our vehicle to Louisville from Nashville and took her time explaining every option the car offered.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.

BEST CAR EVER, I BOUGTH IT ON 2018 WITH 44000 MILES. STILL RUNNING PERFECT WITH 180000 MILES. GREAT POWER ON COMFORT DRIVE. ON ECO DRIVE YOU LOSE A LOT OF POWER BUT YOU SAVE GAS. IT HAS A GREAT STABILITY ON HIGHWAY. THE MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM IS POWERFUL!!

I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

Let’s be honest purchasing vehicle whether new/used, for the first time, or you’ve done this before, can all be stressful and the uncertainty of how the process will work can be overwhelming. However Mr. Buck Buchanan, and the team at Music City Auto Plex were outstanding. I would be lying if I said there wasn’t issues within the process, honestly if they’re aren’t I’d be worried. Mr. Buchanan worked tirelessly to resolve the issues, double checked the paperwork, even followed up months after I purchased my vehicle. I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

After shopping at several Nissan dealers in middle Tennesse over the course of a week, my husband and I decided to purchase our Rogue Sport from Nissan of Rivergate. This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

I have owned a Kia Forte for 7 years now. My husband and I love it! We do regular oil changes and maintenance, and keep the car in the garage. At almost 60,000 miles it needed new tires and brakes, but that's not a big surprise. We LOVE the performance of this car -- the turbo function makes it fun to drive and great for passing. It's compact enough that we can park anywhere. And the hatchback is surprisingly large! We ended up selling our Toyota Camry and keeping our Kia because the Kia is a workhorse that hauled furniture and boxes for my husband's business. Way more room than the Camry when we needed to haul things or take our electric bikes on an adventure.

Simple car buying experience. My car salesman was great (Mark Myers) the whole process was simple. They were quicker on their end than my insurance was. In total I spent only a couple hours in their office and left with a great car.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.
