I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. Bought my 2002 Toyota Camry brand new and 21 years later it's still AMAZING!! I have looked at new cars and I can't get myself to let go of this little miracle car I already own! I have kept up the scheduled maintenance plan and I have never (not even once) had any problems at all! Seven years ago had it repainted to factory color because it was fading. I may do that again since the paint job only lasted 7 years before I buy new. The inside is perfect! I love this little gem! ♡

I did my research and was in the market for a foreign vehicle like Honda or Toyota. I was very specific on what I was looking for. I purchased a 2006 brand new. I fell in love with it. Everything was perfect until now. I haven't been able to drive for a couple of years so it stays parked. I learned that if you don't put some use to it and just keep it parked, you will discover problems which are more my fault. I never had any problems until I got sick and stopped driving. I refuse to let my car go because I plan to drive again and it's the most reliable, quiet and comfortable ride. When I would give others a ride, they loved it! I'm just annoyed that toyota doesn't make that style anymore. The space, reliability and comfort is amazing!!!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I bought it new in January 2015. Three month later my wife and I drove it from Orange County, CA to Quebec. Across the lower US states, up the East Coast to Newfoundland, then Quebec. Down the Canadian side to Niagara Falls and on to Ohio (once our home state). Up through MI upper peninsula, the Dakotas into Saskatchewan. Across lower Canada to Vancouver and all the way down the West Coast to home. Averaged 33 mpg over 15,000 miles in 69 days. NEVER a problem! Still own it and now it's at 89,000 miles. New tires, brake pads, oil/filter is all I have done. It's my 8th Acura since 1989! Excellent cars!!

This was my first car buying experience, and wow was it good. I was expecting many more frustrations, setbacks and headaches, but the team at Hertz was phenomenal. I spoke with Frank on the phone to ask a few basic questions about availability of certain vehicles, which he was very helpful with. A few days later I had a short list of cars I was looking at and went to the dealer. Gabe took care of the rest of the process. Even though I arrived about 45 minutes before they closed, he was incredibly helpful and stayed late to finish the sale. I never once felt pressured during the whole process. Gabe walked me through virtually every conceivable financing scenario so I could know exactly what my monthly payment would be in the worst and best case scenarios. As for downside, my car hadn't been detailed as it was just recently made available. But, they offered to let me drive it off the lot that day and bring it back a week later to be done at no charge. The prices they offer here are truly unbeatable with truly excellent, customer first staff. Anyone buying their first car should do it here to see how its done.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

I spoke with Gabe when purchasing my 2013 Kia Soul+. He showed me the vehicles I was interested, and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want or afford. He actually ONLY showed me what I was interested in, which was awesome. The process was quick, easy, and no pressure. All the salesmen were super friendly and laid back. Game really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale. The only issue I had was the floor mats were missing from the vehicle, which were replaced immediately and also the tires were a little on the worn side and they made an appt the next week to have them replaced. I did also notice my outlets and usb cables weren't working, which should have been resolved prior to buying, since it was certified pre owned, however the warranty will cover this to be repaired. I would definitely buy from Hertz again!

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from Hertz car sales today and it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The employees are wonderful and the car prices are unbelievable! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car for a reasonable price. If you plan on visiting the dealership to look at cars be sure to ask for Frank and Gabe they are two wonderful men who are very helpful in the car buying process.

I got the LE but everything still feels high quality and stylish, little expensive like everything these days but still very happy with my car.

I like my 2025 Camry S.E.. I think it is a nearly perfect car, except for the price of the car, which was too much. I paid nearly $36,000 for this car, but I feel this car's value is closer to $22,000. All cars/trucks are severely overpriced. The quality of the car is outstanding, the ride is taut and sporty, acceleration is more than adequate. The dealer experience was nearly traumatic! It sickens me that Toyota sales-managers can lie so easily and advertise falsely without having to spend some time in jail in an attempt to rip-off consumers!

I’m bought a Hyundai Tucson at this dealership in September. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I needed a ride to pick up my other car, they had someone take me. When I needed to get to the bank before it closed, they rushed things along, so I could make it on time.
