I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He was so helpful. He was honest, not pushy, and so hilarious. He made buying a car so very easy! The atmosphere in the office was so welcoming. They are a family and it shows. I will now forever go see him to buy a car and will tell everyone to go here as well.

I’ve owned my 2014 Volvo S60 T5 since late 2022 (roughly 2 years) and here’s my experience so far: Pros: -Superior safety; Volvo prides itself with fantastic safety ratings and constantly keeps the latest safety standards in mind when designing restraints and airbags. -Outstanding comfort; Hands down, most comfortable seats that I’ve sat in. Warmer weather oriented and has heated seats all around, heated windshield, and heated mirrors as standard. Suspension is butter smooth and interior is quiet with good tires. -Stylish Interior and Exterior; interior is luxurious and uses high quality materials. Entertainment features are tilted slightly towards driver and allow you to make decisions and hit buttons without having to look away from the road. Post-face lift model looks fantastic and eye catching and looks much better than the pre-face lift models in my opinion. The body panels feel sturdy and well built. -Performance and Fuel Economy; great performance and fuel economy for its class. I usually get around 17-19 city and 29-32 highway. It offers good economy for families and business workers that get to work via the highway. It can absolutely get up and move when you ask it to and can comfortably go 90-100+ with no issues. Cons: -Below average handling; the handling leaves a bit to be desired for the 2WD models. Definitely has quite a bit of understeer in the corners. It’s can also be a bit daunting to park due to its larger size. -Transmission bugs; the transmission is usually fairly smooth but tends to jolt when downshifting and when starting from a rest. From what I understand this is a common problem with Aisin transmissions of this era and can be fixed with a software update from Volvo. -Interior space; as with most sedans, the rear seats leave room to be desired. Most passengers will struggle with leg room. Trunk space is fine for airport trips, grocery runs, and light road tripping but is unsuitable for most moving and heavy lifting jobs. The Ugly: -Reliability; although this car has never broken down, left me stranded, or even had as much of a check engine light, the biggest killer is the oil consumption problem.This can cause a range of silent killers that usually don’t show up until they are catastrophic. The inline-5 engine in particular is greatly affected and is due to the lower oil control ring on the pistons to become clogged. This usually leads to the engine burning about a quart every 1K miles. This is not an easy fix and will require an engine rebuild. Volvo may offer an extended warranty for this problem but without a perfectly documented service record this service costs $5K. -Not DIY friendly (sometimes); for an at home mechanic, some tasks can be quite difficult to accomplish without special tools from Volvo. Standard issues like oil changes, brakes, and lights are easily accessible and straightforward to accomplish. More complicated issues such as suspension maintenance, coolant services, accessory belt maintenance, and problems related to the turbo can be difficult considering the complex nature of the car. Maintenance manuals are near impossible to find for free, however Volvo does offer a (pricey) subscription service to their in shop maintenance software. In summary, the 2014 Volvo S60 is a fantastic car for a competent car enthusiast who knows how to work on cars. Maintenance tends to be on the heavy side and weekly oil level checks are a MUST. This car is definitely not for anyone who doesn’t know much about cars or for someone who knows a trusty mechanic. It’s sporty, comfortable, reliable and safe if you know what you’re getting yourself into. Hope this helps!

Was very happy with the process of leasing a vehicle. I went in with a specific goal to lease, and with little hassle, they could meet my needs. Cory, the salesman was polite and patient. Everyone we spoke with was great. I am not a true car fan. To me, I am concerned about value, affordability, and reliability, but I do love my Venue! I plan to receive excellent care of my car at this dealership with maintenance.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. I love this AWD with snow drive mode and sports acceleration. Slick style, but I wish it had back wipers. Very comfortable to drive, with technology inside that helps make driving easy and enjoyable. Not to mention a quick charge battery.

We were so impressed with Coughlin Hyundai! We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid by finding it online. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From initially talking to Allie on the phone to connecting with Austin, it was super easy. Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable. We wish the dealership was closer to us! The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

This car has been nothing short of a pleasure to own. Its so much fun to drive, handles well, pulls hard, and just puts a smile on my face all the time. Its practical with good storage space and good back seat room. The AWD system on the car is great and offers endless grip. The car does have its quirks, it is a little noisy on the highway (wind noise), and the interior quality is just so-so (materials aren't bad, but aren't great either), and there are a couple of creaks and rattles. Even so, this vehicle has been great.

1-12-24 After looking a couple of months for a decent used car (Either poor quality or unwilling to negotiate), I remembered this used car dealership (I lived in The Hocking Hills for 35 years). Upon doing a Google Search, I found a couple of cars that I was interested in. I made the trip there from Chillicothe. I was greeted by the owner, Derrick, and salesperson Lya (Leah). I conducted a very thorough inspection of the 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and took both for a test drive. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata with 130,000 miles on it that was in my price range. Both cars spoke for themselves, but Derrick and Lya did not hesitate to point out the minor flaws that each vehicle had. To say the least this was a very good experience for me. Nowadays who points out a flaw in a vehicle? From the time that I arrived on the lot, during the paperwork, until I left the lot, Derrick and Lya were very professional, well mannered, and respectful. Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!
