My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

Fantastic car. The adapt cruise and other safety features are incredible. The car is so safe its hard to notice all of the other features.

We purchased this 2013 Honda Civic new , it now has roughly 135,000 miles now in January 2025 and has only received regular service maintenance. It has not needed any repairs , with the exception of tires, two battery replacements , and proactively replaced brake pads and rotors.

The planning ahead and the attention to detail in the early stages of this purchase made the final paperwork and completing the purchase easy and quick. I drove from Greensboro NC, 4.5 hours away to purchase the truck. The truck and all the details were ready, I was promptly taken care of and out the door in about an hour. Had to be the easiest and fastest vehicle purchases I have ever done. Completely satisfied, and happy I chose to do business at Joyce Koons GMC. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I had always heard very good things about Honda vehicles, and the Honda Accord especially. So when you went looking to trade in more old car, and was approved to get this excellently crafted vehicle, with all the bells and whistles, I was pleasantly impressed! I just recently got one of these as my first car! I like the JBL sound system and the interior quality is good. Love the seats! It's like a cross between a Toyota, a Buick, and a Lexus.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.

Very good power, fantastic AWD system, goes very well in snow. Keeps up with V8 cars and can go threw snow like a truck. Only downside is fuel economy is poor for a 4 Cylinder and loud road noise.

This car was exactly what I was looking for. Great all wheel drive system and great performance. Not too bad in gas mileage either for the performance it puts down. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun affordable and practice sports sedan.
