Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Car performs well. Great fuel mileage. Wont will any races in car but is comfortable on long drives. Handles mountains well. Easy to drive handles well on city streets and highway.

Pleased with the purchasing process experience, the biggest issue was my inability to decide on which Bronco I wanted. Will definitely be back in the future when ready to purchase again.

I love my 2013 LaCrosse! BUT when I bought it , it ran so good then I started having problems with the tcm and haven't gotten it straightened out yet. I pray it's on the recall list. From what I'm seeing it is. I just want it fixed. Praying yall can give me some great news!

This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

2014 CLS63 Type S. I’ve owned maybe 50 cars in my lifetime. Never a car like this. Bad to the core. (In a good way) The engine is second to none. The handling bests my mustang. The interior is clean, classy and feels quality. The car is fast. And I don’t mean hey look at me fast. I mean, hold on and maybe I should let off the throttle a bit, fast. No problems mechanically so far. But I am well aware of the potential cost of maintenance. That would be the only draw back. Very happy with this vehicle. Love the look. Love the feel. Love the power.

My wife and I bought two cars at the same time, and we dealt with the entire Hagan family, both at their new location in Chatham, as well as their location in Girard. Andrew's parents were also very polite and helpful. I felt like I always received honest and thorough answers about every car I wanted to check out. Once we chose vehicles that we wanted, Andrew and the dealership was very accommodating and assisted us through the entire sale process. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in any way. There were a few fairly minor issues with the cars post-sale (like with any used car). Andrew always got back to me and completely took car of all of the issues, either himself, or through one of the dealers/shops he regularly uses. First, I'm an internet car shopper. I research the dealer sites for the auto I'm looking for, comparing & pricing compilable vehicles. I recently found & purchased a locally owned 2012 Chevrolet Equinox trade-in from Nikles of Petersburg. I drove 103 miles to Nikles on a car searching loop w/ 3 Chevy Equinoxes @ 3 different dealers to assess. Nikles was the second dealer on the loop. I contacted Doug Stark who helped me w/ all my questions, concerns, & test drive of the Equinox. Doug was very straight forward, genuine, no frills or tap dancing, & quickly came back w/ my "out the door" price that was reasonable & fit nicely into our budget. The car was detailed for a later pick up, filled w/ gas, & the paper work went quickly upon our arrival. As my wife was viewing the car for the first time, she noticed a small water stain under the hood on a piece of chrome when pointed out to a shop employee, he quickly grabbed some wax & a towel & checked several areas on the Equinox. I live in a small East Central IL. town where a man's word is his bond. Doug Stark & the employees of Nikles fill the bill w/ my wife & me. Yes, I will give Doug a call in the future whenever I'm looking for another vehicle.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

The Malibu is a fine car. The 1.5T engine is adequate but not much more than that. It also is unrefined and groans and grumbles. You can get around town relatively well and merge onto the highway but may want to leave space for passing trucks on two lane roads. The trunk is massive and is great for trips. Fuel economy is also stellar. We typically get 500 miles on a tank on road trips. The interior is quiet for the price of the vehicle. The materials on the other hand are sub par. Cheap plastics and cloth. To be fair it is a car that had a sticker of 28k. We have put just under 7,000 miles on the car and have had no reliability concerns. The sound system however is one of the worst I have heard. The sound really only comes out of the tweeters and the system is criminally underpowered. The rear leg room is fantastic and the overall ride and handling are good. The handling is the main redeeming quality of the way the car drives. I haven't pushed it hard but under quicker than normal steering on back roads it does compose itself with not too much body roll. The steering is tight and responsive. Overall I think this is a good car for someone not concerned about all of the newest bells and whistles and wants a sedan they can get a great deal on at the dealership. I have confidence that this will not have any major issues until around 130k miles.

I am extremely pleased with my Chevy Malibu RS. It has cloth seats, interior black. Outside is gray. I am very comfortable with driving and it manages the road well. when we had rain (finally) the roads were slick but I could feel the steady control of the anti skid. It is a car you and trust and feel safe in, much more so than the smaller cars. You can comfortably seat 5 and you don't have to ride with your knees up to your chin.

I usually write reviews when I absolutely hate something, but this time I really wanted to let everyone know how AWESOME this place is! So here it goes... I was in need for a new car and needed it fast. I was very limited on money with it being so close to Christmas. I stopped by several other car lots around town and all they wanted to do was get me into something that I would have to finance through them at a ridiculously high interest rate. I was getting pretty discouraged and was beginning to think that this was going to be my only option until I stopped into this lot. I explained my situation to them and Matt was so accommodating and helpful. He listened to me and stuck within my price range instead of trying to get me into something more expensive like everyone else did. Their prices and mileages also seemed lower from all the other lots I had been to. Matt let me take one of cars I was considering for a few days which wasn't even a possibility with the other lots even with my down payment! What impressed me the most was that Matt and Mark went the extra step above and to my very pleasant surprise found me, not 1 but 2, of the cars I really wanted!!! Who actually does that anymore? I can positively tell you that none of the other place I went to did! I am now a very happy owner of a 2010 Lincoln MKS thanks to Matt and Mark!!!

when i drive it i feel setting in new cars from interior every thing intelligent. car very good for winter and drives good for winter . i bought used one in 2018 250.000 klms had some problems i fixed them but still in good shape the power steering suspensions , engine, electronics. the bad thing in this car is large and for parking need some skills.
