I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

Love my 2017 Malibu Lt. Never any issues with engine , interior etc. new battery. Good performance. A reliable car . Sits 5 comfortably. Plenty of trunk space

What is their to say. The models from 08 to 15 where pretty amazing. The only thing I’ll start off with, is if your looking for a factory carbon fiber or crazy interior don’t stop at the Evo X. The interior is pretty relax compared to WRX models, aside and after that.. epic! Great handling, power control, upgrade options, support from vendors and forums like crazy. Handles like a prob without upgrades. Owned multiple cars, and this by far is my favorite.

I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

Joe is absolutely fantastic! His google reviews will speak for themselves if you want to check them out, but to sum it up quickly he is very open and honest about any of his vehicles, one of the most laid back guys you will meet. He really knows his stuff, he will help you out as much as he can. I got a steal of a car at an amazing price. Joe also doesn’t charge any dealership fees which helps tremendously. Any car listed by him is worth checking out at the minimum

I bought this back in 2009 and since we have Changed the battery and wheels that's it over 400k miles. Never broke down even though I have a new car it is still constantly being used. Great car 100% recomend

I love Volvos. I owned one of the first production S60 R models (I miss the manual shift). This S60 is my fourth. I recently updated my last S60 T5. The old one drove great, and was very reliable, it just went past it’s seven year CPO warranty, and was at 96K miles. So when looking for a new car - I knew I was going to get another S60. Everything I loved about the old S60, is improved in this new model. The exterior styling is slightly more aggressive, which I love. The handling is smoother and more responsive. It is fully loaded, and the technology is amazing. Driving it from Georgia to North Carolina and back was perfect (made even better with auto pilot assist and adaptive cruise control). At one point in the trip there was a downpour with very limited visibility. Having the lane assistance, the collision-avoidance, and with all of that being wrapped in the security of a Volvo removed any anxiety. The only slight ding on the interior is the really small console storage (due to the hybrid battery), and that it doesn’t support wireless Apple CarPlay (it does support wired Apple CarPlay and the Android version). Yes, the hybrid range is rather limited, but perfect for local commuting. The car is really quiet, but gives you all horse power you could ever want. Seeing the drivers with the showy muscle cars amuses me, knowing I can leave them eating my dust. I just love it.

After shopping slowly, conducting research....I settled on a 2015 Nissan Altima. The team at Collins made the shopping process one of the best I've ever experienced (in any type of retail environment). Taking deliver of the vehicle was very professional, organized, seamless....and fun. They made buying a new car enjoyable / exciting. Basically everything a consumer would want the process to be. Would highly recommend to my friends.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

We bought our first brand new car right off the showroom floor from this great dealership. Their kids room made the buying process so much easier with 2 little kiddos! Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didn't have to deal with the rain. I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

Bought this car used in 2020, 30k miles when I bought it. It now has just about 50k, two years later. The only problem I’ve encountered with it so far is the battery running out. I was able to get it replaced under the warranty. It’s by far my favorite vehicle, love the sporty style, the interior, gas mileage. Only con I would have to mention is the low profile tires, feeling every bump in the road. I have to drive very slowly over railroads. However, I love the look of the low profile. The drive is smooth and pretty quiet on the freeway. Great speakers, great bass. Love the panoramic sunroof. Highly recommend this C Class!

My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

The problem with the tlx is its vary noisy, I put better tires on it and that solved the problem, for that kind of money should not have that issue
