The overall experience was good. We did end up purchasing a vehicle, and are very satisfied thus far. The facility was clean, but could use some updates. The waiting areas where a little less comfortable than some other dealerships we have been to recently. Would still recommend this dealership, as the feedback I would have would be how to get better and is not a complaint.

I bought my 2017 Mazda 6 Touring new, and have absolutely loved the car. It looks amazing, the interior feels like a much more expensive car. It's also fun to drive- agile, smooth, athletic. It's not a "fast" car per se, but it's fast enough, and has great chassis dynamics. It has been bulletproof, not a single issue with it. Gas mileage is quite good, too. The only criticism I have is that the original tires were too noisy. I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport 4 season, and they are much better.

John Gillespie was great to work with. No pressure at all. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. He was very helpful. The buying process was easy. Justen work with us, got all paper work together for us to sign very quickly. Everyone we came in contact with were very friendly. Great place to buy a car or truck.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

This car was exactly what I was looking for. Great all wheel drive system and great performance. Not too bad in gas mileage either for the performance it puts down. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun affordable and practice sports sedan.

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

I was recently stranded in Lebanon. This was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience. Being stranded is no fun. HOWEVER, thanks to the care, compassion, and professionalism of Brandy Perry, Desiree Dorris, and Robert Flietes, in particular, a very unpleasant experience was made much more tolerable. I had to have a new fuel pump and a new injection pump in a Dodge RAM 3500. Systematic troubleshooting identified the problems and they came up with a plan of action. A unplanned event was the defective injection pump that arrived and they had to work around that while trying to get me back on the road. Due to this event, it required extra time. No fault of their own. They were very supportive throughout the whole process. From the first time my truck was towed into the facility, they set me up with a rental for local transportation while getting through the repair process. My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond the mere requirements of their respective jobs to help me. Compassion...Care...Professionalism!

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

(and I don't like pushy salesmen) He was very compassionate about what I was wanting, and forthcoming about the whole process. He gave me a great deal, and even had the truck delivered. I spoke with Michael about the financing paperwork, and he was very honest and open. He went over everything with me so that I had absolutely no questions. Even got me a better rate! Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.
