I recently bought a BMW X5 from this dealership. Greg is a nice and personable salesman. After test driving the vehicle I noticed an oil leak underneath, I pointed it out to Greg, he asked me to bring it back when the service mngr would be there and they’d fix it. Turned out to be a leaking seal per the service mngr he explained to me his finding and after 18 hours of work my leak is bone dry. The vehicle has high mileage so some things are to be expected. I’ve seen several bad reviews but my experience has been good so far.

I own a 2014 BMW 550i. My one important information that I would pass on is to make sure the Catalytic Converter after 4 years is free of debris because if you don't it could back up and blow a head gasket.. The Web design is not that big of an area and deposits can form on it and if it forms too much and that turbos trying to shove air down through there and if your exhaust can't get the air through it...then it will go back the way it came and then look out for trouble. It takes 4 years unless you are pumping garbage in your car. Thx, Eric

My service was great. My service advisor (can't remember his name) was professional, helpful and explained what service my car was going to receive. He also suggested recommendations for my car based on the mileage. I needed a ride home and he provided me a courtesy ride that was ready to depart the dealership and I didn't have to wait long for this ride. Which was very important that morning because I had an appointment at my home. The only thing I didn't like was having to go back to the service advisor to received my military discount. The cashier's cage should be able to make the needed adjustments at the window when your military ID is provided. My other vehicle is not a Honda and that is how that dealership handles military discount. But overall everyone I encountered was respectful, professional, and addressed all my questions and concerns.

HEATED SEATS AND STEERING WHEEL COME WITH THE LEATHER SEAT PACKAGE. THE SERVICE AT WEST PALM AUDI HAS BEEN TERRIFIC, EACH VISIT IF YOU WISH A FREE LOANER IS PROVIDED. Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

Because I purchased on a weekend evening, I was unable to apply for financing. I was told they were closed.. I still purchased the vehicle. I’m overall satisfied with my purchase.

I have never owned a Mercedes-Benz I’ve always owned a BMW. I have to say I really love this vehicle. It rides smooth, the seats are very comfortable, it has so many functions for a 2010, I was extremely surprised. The color of the vehicle was listed as arctic white however it’s more of a cream color vehicle. If I could change the color I most likely would. But it’s still very beautiful. The vehicle only had 13,562 miles. The interior looks and smells brand new. The exterior is extremely designed well. It’s a beautiful car. I’ve only driven it one day because I’ve only had it one day. As time goes on I will then be able to make an accurate review. My younger sister will purchase my vehicle if I choose to sell.

I have been driving BMW's for almost 40 years now and have put well over 500,000 miles on them over the years. I have owned 7 BMW's including a 1982 BMW 320i, a 1985 325e, a 1990 535i 5speed SPORT with BBS WHEELS, a 1998 735i, a 2000 740i SPORT (One of my FAVORITES), a 2008 750Li SPORT, and finally this 2012 BMW 750Li xDrive "INDIVIDUAL COMPOSITION" MODEL (Another one of my FAVORITES). This 2012 is a powerful Beast and yet you are surrounded by LUXURY and COMFORT. BMW's have a BAD REPUTATION for NOT BEING RELIABLE BUT I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE. NO CAR IS PERFECT BUT I WOULD SAY BMW's COME PRETTY CLOSE WHEN IT COMES TO MECHANICAL REPAIRS. Just perform your regular OIL AND FILTER CHANGES PLUS TUNE-UPS AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. I would also recommend purchasing a USED BMW, NOT NEW as they DEPRECIATE BADLY BUT are a VERY GOOD VALUE WHEN PURCHASED USED. I can purchase a used LOADED 7 SERIES like this 2012 with only 60K miles for $20,000 and drive it 100,000 more miles and still SELL IT for $6,000 to $8,000 Dollars. Tell me another loaded luxury car that you can drive 100,000 miles for just $12K to $14K? I LOVE BMW's!!!! THEY ARE GREAT CARS!!!!

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Hasani was the best!!! After looking and for a month we finally came across a Nissan Kicks and he actually cared about what we wanted and gave us the best deal and stayed with us way after hours to help us close the deal! We will definitely be back!

What amazing car that doesn't give any problem what's so ever. I bought mine at westshore honda in tampa. Great amazing people there they treat you like family. My family already bought two more cars from them. In the service department Mr. Kalef Torres my service advisor what a amazing guy he is the knowledge that he knows is beyond this world. I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

I owned a bmw 530I 2005 and a 750i 2006, both new cars. This one is by far the best. Plenty of power, very spacious, excellent interior finish ( the off white merino is splendid). The car runs perfect after 62k miles, no issue, everything is OK. I enjoy each time when I drive it, looks like new after five years.

S450 is a great value. Plenty of power. Very comfortable. Quiet and smooth ride. Don't need the big engine. Would definitely buy again. Very dependable.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

Bought a 2016 349i xdrive today. This car runs great. The price was was very fair and the xustomer service was immaculate. There was no pressure. The transaction was very smooth. They offer sedifferent options for financing too. The place isn't physically the most beautiful place, but please don't judge a book by its cover. With their vehicle knowledge , excellent, customer service , and for prices they beat out those big dealerships 3 fold. I am a happy camper

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.
