Amazing car, but the door windows are so large, even the slightest bit of being rolled down blows rear passengers away! Not to mention the back glass causes the rear passengers a bit of a sun burn as well! Also, the clear coat on the car literally disintegrated within a few years, even with proper care. Other than that, the Vtec is a nice feature, power everything is also nice.

Sam was the best! Not pushy, friendly, easy to work with and made me feel at ease! He even brought a car up from Calabasas for me to rest drive.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

Came in for my annual service and also one concern, found water coming in on the driver’s side floor from the rain. Tonya kept in communication with me what was going on and how long it would take. She is one to go above and beyond and I love that. She is very professional and personable. I am glad she is my service person, she makes coming in a pleasure. My work done was in a good time frame considering it was the holidays. The technicians gave me a thorough review of the work done on my car. I am happy with this dealership’s service department.

This is my 5th Accord. I have owned one since 1987. Each time I have purchased a used model. I bought my current 2010 Accord with 125,000 miles on it 4 years ago. It now has 180,000 miles and just past inspection. Burns no oil. Has NO leaks (oil, rain or otherwise). No "idiot" lights on the dashboard, and rides like new. In 35 years (and 5 Accords) I have NEVER been stuck! Not once! Don't get too hung up on any negative details you might see or hear of. The resale value is near the best. The gas mileage is more than decent. I am over 6 feet tall and the driver's seat in more comfortable and supportive than any other vehicle I have sat in. This includes BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and Cadillac. As for dependability, it just might be the best. If you're in the market for a used car, I suggest that you at very least, test drive one.

This is, by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned! I now have $169,800 MI on the car that I've had for about 6 years now and it rides like brand new! It starts right up, and except for battery issues and a parasitic drain which you have to watch out for, as well as transmission issues at 100,000 k. But if you have one of the car services that that you pay into, and repairs the card, after the first transmission is replaced, you will have no issues with the car for at least another $125,000 MI! it's an awesome car and I would highly recommend it! If you tune it up, this vehicle will have 340 horses and will be a beast! I know that's exactly what I did!!

I have a 2006 touring. I bought it with high miles an an the second owner. I've had the car for over 7 years and it's never not one time left me stranded. It performs great and has plenty of power even though it's only a 6 cylinder. I did add a touch screen double din and got rid of the Mickey mouse stock radio and got a backup camera too which helps a lot. I had 3 subs added and customer paint. Everything else is stock. Had issues with the a/c and got the condenser replaced which fixed it. To be honest when I got the car is drove smooth like a new car and still does. This is by far my favorite and best car I've ever owned. I'm thankful to God how good is been to me.

Phat and Emily run a family-style auto auto lot. There are the Big Dealerships selling used cars with their tall glass fronts and zippy employees in matching shirts. There are classic and dreaded Used Car Lots with flashy Used Cars salesman who operate out of mobile office trailers so they can fee in the middle of the night. Then there is Phat's Auto Group. Phat was a Master Tech. for a local Toyota dealership who now finds good cars, buys them, and turns them up into better , even more reliable cars. An automotive makeover master! A rescue shelter for cars run by the big hearted Phat and his wife, if you will. Easy to talk to and laid back, I recommend Phat's Auto Group if you are looking for a good deal for a used car that has been carefully examined and worked on for maximum value for price. My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

I purchased my 2004 S80 used with 128,000 miles hoping it would last me a couple of years. That was in 2013 and it is still going strong with a few little old age quirks. The fabric is starting to pull away from the front passenger pillar by the windshield. The leather seats are worn, which is expected after 20 years of daily use. When the temperature is 35 degrees or lower it is stubborn starting, However, once it does (2nd to 3rd attempt) everything is good. I am slightly under 200k (197,779). Upkeep and repairs have included: Regular maintenance Replacement of 5 cylinders, although not at the same time. New radiator due to road construction mishap. (hit a good size pot-hole). Side mirror cover replacement because of theft. The S80 was not what I was looking for in 2013. The price was great and I took a chance. I am so glad I did. The car is not garage kept and there are not faded areas at all.

This was not the first time for me buying a car. I have to say that things have changed a little since my last experience. A few places I went had advertised different than what the numbers looked like when. I showed up. A big turn off until I got to meet Anita and her team. Had 2021 sr. car was rear ended and, if not for car, I would be dead. All those safety measures took hold, air bags, belts. Couldn't find another like it. Settled for 2018 SV.

This car is my very first. I am happy to start with something small and economic. The trunk as a lot of room, and the interior was clean.

S60 T6 R design with 3.0. First off, 205,000 miles on original engine and transmission. Do the basic maintenance and the car will reward you. Amazing acceleration and handling, in league with other sport coupes. Except, comfy seats and smooth on long drives and pretty quiet. This, for a fraction of an audi or bmw. Wish it had a manual. Wish Volvo would keep making a true sport coupe like this. If they still made these I would buy another. I love this car.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

I keep having problems with engine running hot! I bought it new I keep the oil changed regularly The car only has 86,000 miles on it..please see if you can help.

The 2013 or 13' Volkswagen CC is truly rare. This has always been on my bucket list as a dream vehicle to own. I will describe why I rated it the way I did with each section group. I chose 5 stars for comfort because this car comes standard with a high quality leatherette material; the seats are so thick, comfy, and plush; the car takes corners so smoothly and effortlessly. I have a base model (sport) and I have so many standard features; front driver and passenger full power seats, heated seats, leather seats (leatherette), navigation, one touch power windows, and push-start. I rate performance with a 5 because while this is not a race car, the CC drops 200 HP to the ground very efficiently and effectively with extremely touchy and sensitive pedals. Value is okay when trying to sell; however, substantial when trying to buy, due these going for well under $10,000. The exterior achieves 5 stars because this vehicle is extremely attractive. With smooth lines, roundness, and chrome, the car looks brand new, at 11 years old. To be completely transparent, I have ONLY used premium fuel and this car has never left me stranded (knock on wood). I had a very minor oil leak from a small seal coming from my oil pan, connecting to my turbo, that is IT. The part was/is under $100. Other than the oil leak, no lights, or issues aside from regular care and maintenance. The people who rate the CC with a 1 star reliability rating, don't understand how to care for these European/luxury vehicles.
