Second "S" that I have owned. This AMG model is comfortable with good acceleration for everyday driving. Transmission is a little finicky at takeoff and takes some getting use to for smooth pullaway. Much better overall than my first car (non-AMG). Convenience features are intuitive and make this a wonderful car to drive.

I currently own two of these vehicles; each has over 200,000 miles, and gets the original mileage specs (29mpg highway). A reliable and workhorse car. I had another with 313000 miles that was hit by a truck on the highway - SAD!! They tend to rust (we are in the midwest with a lot of snow and rain, so what do you expect? ). Replaced tires once on each vehicle. Last year. we drove 18000 miles with one, driving all over the US; went to Alaska once with no problems

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. He really went to bat for me to get some power door locks repaired after the purchase. The sales manager Dennis Keene and the service manager Tom Nevills were both first class, professional, helpful and great to do business with. I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

Man it’s 2025 and my 2005 4banger Honda accord is pushing great. Nothing but oil changes, battery change. Thing just keeps going. Current mileage 205,000… still makes it from Sacramento California to San Diego no problem.

I went in to purchase a new car. From start to finish the process was smooth. Everyone I worked with was great! Car selection was also amazing and so were the prices!

I am now 3 years into ownership of a 2018 CLS 550, which I purchased new. The motivating factor to buy was that this was to be the last year that the big twin turbo V8 would be offered and it is a wonderful powerplant. I have not had one moment of regret since the day I picked my car up at the dealership and this includes MB service, which has been superb. I have done a few minor upgrades to the car, such as adding CarPlay, eliminating the engine shutoff feature, adding a rear spoiler and swapping out the standard front grill for an AMG vertical bar version. I haven't owned a car for 3 years+ in 50 years of driving, but every time I start to look at replacing my CLS, I can't find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with over the CLS, without spending well north of $100k. I love the power, the handling, the luxury features and the gorgeous lines of this car. In my opinion, at its current used car price, if you could find a 2015-2018 model year, (pretty much the same car) with low mileage, its one of the best used cars available. Strongly recommend.

This car has been the best car I have had! I bought it when it had 52K miles on it and it now has over 235K and still running strong. I haven't had to do much to it other than regular oil changes. Everything still works just like it did when I Bought it.

What can I say---it's a Buick! The ride and overall driver and passinger comfort is unsurpasse ed and even though this vehicle is some 12 plus years old it behaves like a new one. Course maintaining and showing it TLC helps.

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.
