Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

This was the second Odyssey we purchased from Mount Kisco Honda. Our last was a 2013, this was a 2016. In between we purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester XT, as well as a 2015 Crosstrek. Not our usual, but we had the need for a few cars lately. Our dealing with Brian Durkan at Mount Kisco Honda back in 2013 was so awesome that we thought it was a fluke. Both of our next deals for the Subarus were awful by comparison. Brian at Mount Kisco was such a great experience that we just went back there and picked up the 2016. Our experience was even better than 2013. Here is what We found at other dealers, but NEVER at MK. Salesperson "what kind of work do you do?" Salesperson "what can I do to get you into that vehicle today?" Salesperson "that is way below our cost" high pressure from the finance manager after an agreed price. Both times, we drove the car, had a price in mind, negotiated a little (as expected), and signed a deal that day. After the agreement, we met with the finance manager. We made it clear to Brian we didn't want anything additional. Here is how it went. Finance manager holding paperwork "do you want any extras? Auto start, etching etc?" Us "no thank you" Finance manager "okay". He then spent 5 minutes running the numbers, explaining the doc to us, giving us a final number, and we left. That was it. Highest recommendation

Jean Paul was great to work with! He sent lots of photos and a video to show us the car before driving to see it! He also had paperwork ready when we got there and waiting on us. It was a very smooth process and the car is wonderful!!!!

We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. Initially I was apprehensive about getting a Toyota corolla because of the lack of power and handling, but after 12 years of ownership, I must say that the reliability and low cost of ownership more than make up for its lackluster performance which means more money in my pocket, and that's what count with todays economy.

I was looking for a used caravan, been looking for about 6 months and had one problem after another with other dealerships. Advertised price and then another $3,000 in fees!! I called Rivera Toyota and spoke with Joe, very friendly and helpful. I asked him what the price was on the car advertised, and he said the price show IS the price. No other fees, unless you want some of the additional services we offer. I told him if I am wasting my time I will throw you out of the window, JK. Next day took it out for a test drive, has two issues, nothing crazy, and was about to get off a few dollars. The price was the price and I did not have to hassle or get upset. Joseph was very helpful as well as his manager Bob. I was able to drive my new/used car that day home. I would definitely recommend coming here, for a used or new car. Beth Hicks service dept was amazing very sweet and helpful she is the best if you need service go see her. I traded in my honda for a Rav 4 Philip Hicks. What a. I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

I've only owned this car since January 31, 2025. Bought it used from a small dealer in Tennessee with 136,652 miles on it. I bought it because I moved to Tennessee and will be starting a new job soon, so I needed a reliable car to get to/from work. I've always had Hondas; this is my first Toyota, and has not let me down so far. It's comfortable, fun to drive, starts right up every time and you can shift the transmission manually for more fun. All I've had to do to it so far is oil change and replace tie rod ends. I always look forward to driving it. I love the styling of the SE trim, it has the 4 cylinder engine. Only thing I'm going to need to do to it soon is tires. I gave it 4 stars for performance cause the 6 speed transmission seems to lag a bit unless you use manual shift mode and it seems to want to shift into 6th gear too soon. Other than that, I love this car!

This particular 2016 Corolla S we bought used in December 2021 and so far so good. I had a small Toyota pickup back in the mid 1980’s and it was awesome!!!

Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.

Auto hold light and suspension light steady. Was told that the sensors need replacing at 4200.00. It happens intermittent, but scared to drive it for fear of breaks locking up, only has 65k miles. Great car

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

The 2023 BMW 530xe PHEV hits the sweet-spot for what I want in a vehicle: 1) with up to 21 e-miles on a full charge I have enjoyed 100% electric driving for almost all my day-to-day trips (in the past year I’ve only filled the gas tank to our 530xe about 3-4 times), 2) Easy road-trips with no interruption to wait-around for my car to charge, just fill the tank with gas and keep going. I’m just not ready to go electric-only because the technology and charging infrastructure just isn’t there (until it’s as quick and easy to get a full electric charge as it is to fill your gas tank (in just 3-5 minutes), I’ll happily enjoy my 530xe PHEV. It’s literally the best of both worlds. Also the 530xe is stylish (I get unsolicited comments often), seats are comfortable on long road-trips and car is sporty to drive. Plus the back seat is comfortable too — often not the case in other vehicles. I’ve throughly enjoyed my 2023 530xe with no mechanical problems or issues.

Bought this for my wife to replace her older jaguar,nice car, Rides smoother than the jag ,good power, a bit small on inside,I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe limited,everything on this car is smaller,harder to see,placement of some controls a bit odd,no where near the equipment the Santa Fe has Considering what this would cost brand new,verse’s Santa Fe ,not really impressed.that being said it’s a nice enough car
