I'm currently the owner of the 2021 E53 and it's my second MB. I chose this specific car because I enjoy the E-class size, functionality, and finishes. My other MB is a diesel E350 so jumping into this AMG was a big change but I don't regret it. Fast, nimble, head turner, high end customization and finishes are noteworthy. Expect a somewhat rougher ride than non-AMG but that is to be expected with the sport tuned suspension and run flat tires. The matte finish hides dirt and easily and is maintainable. I choose to hand wash the car. Expect this car to last and perform with regular scheduled maintenance. I use a trusted import mechanic for most of the maintenance and the dealer for very specific issues such as a fast blinking turn light problem I had. The transmission shifts can be rough if in sport mode, coming to a complete stop and then taking off. It seems like the trans needs a minute to get back to 1st gear. Other than that, the car is a rocket. I haven't used the track mode yet or unlocked drift mode but I will soon. I can recommend this car, knowing the quality of MB is top notch. All cars will have issues and MB isn't immune to this but you're paying for the performance, fit, and SAFETY. These cars are built like tanks with over engineering in mind. I appreciate that detail and that is why I continue to be a MB loyalist.

Nice truck for the price, with all the extra custom additions and lower miles makes it a good deal for as is.

2014 Malibu has been the perfect car. 355,000 miles and still going strong. Only minor repairs (wheel bearings, 1 O2 sensor and a valve timing solenoid), all preventative maintenance, and 33mpg lifetime average. Drivers seat is worn but all else is still in good condition.

This is an excellent car! The best I’ve ever owned! I went from a 2015 740Li to a 2019 750i! I couldn’t be happier! It’s comfortable, executive luxury, she’s nimble and powerful at the same time!

Everyone we dealt with at the dealership gave us excellent and friendly service. Their follow-through left nothing to be desired. When we picked up our vehicle, it was sparkling clean, had a tankful of gas, was ready-to-roll.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

(010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!

Cory Raley sold me this car, and so far I’m in love with it. Slick design, reliable, affordable, and clean. I was showed every tiny blemish from the previous owners. Everything was super small scuffs or scratches, which I fully expect when buying a used car. Will keep this car from years and years to come.

I saw they had a car that I was interested in and went there on Saturday and they were so friendly and nice and answered all the questions that I had and I ended up buying the car that day. I owned an '06 Cadillac DTS money green w/tan top all the excesseries, collum shifter. I loved that car so much I regret letting it go. The only thing an I mean only thing I think could be better on it, is if it were rwd. I swear to God I'ma get me another one!!!!!!

The service was perfect. Service Advisor Chris Larson was very helpful. He knew what had to be done and took care of it promptly. We received regular and timely updates and a full explanation of the services performed; including a video showing the repairs. Our CX-5 is now 11 years old and we've decided to replace it. Luther Brookdale's service sold us on getting a new Mazda. I'm buying the service as much as a new car.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

I have owned many vehicle brands over the years, including Mercedes Benz and BMW. The Infiniti Q70 is second to none. It is a well constructed vehicle, unlike its German counterparts, the Q70 has excellent reliability. Additionally, it has a well appointed interior a beautiful exterior, competitive performance and a 5 star safety rating. The AWD system is a plus. Kudos to Infiniti.

I bought mine and have loved it ever since. The handling, the comfort, the power and the quiet ride makes it so worth it. I look forward to driving it every time.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

I have a 2012 Infiniti g37 journey that I purchased with 66,000 miles on it in 2022 and would gladly purchase this vehicle again today if I were searching for a reliable vehicle!! One thing that I love is the performance and the quality build!!
