Purchasing a 2018 328i from Roman was a very positive experience. In my professional career I’ve learned to be wary and ask a lot of questions— Roman answered all of them honestly and made me feel comfortable about the sale. Roman fully supported my decision to have a pre purchase inspection done at my local BMW dealership. We hung out together at the dealership while the car was inspected and the BMW mechanic gave the car a clean bill of health. Roman was professional and pleasant throughout the process and I look forward to working with him in the future. I would highly recommend buying a BMW from Roman.

2016 BMW 228 i review

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

The whole experience here was great. Roman was very honest and willing to show pictures of the car as he worked on it. The warranty is a good addition as well. He clearly cares about the cars and checks in on how they are running. He also helps you be able to work on the cars yourself. Prices are fair. Overall a great experience.
