The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. The straps that hold seat belts on top of seat have both failed. I bought the car after it was confiscated from a drug dealer in the Greater Cincinnati Ohio area. So it had some rough treatment. The driver side seat back has wear in the first panel. I think it was from Cops using it for under cover. Their guns and other equipment destroys drivers seats on patrol cars. But the car is a frigging rocket.

This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. I purchased a used car from them. My sales person was Rashid. His reactivity was refreshing from a dealership. I can highly recommend them. Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

On Saturday, Decemeber 7, 2024 I met Sam from DMV Auto Group. I found a Range Rover Sport at the dealership. I completed the deal and was informed about the extra incentives that was given by Sam. I was highly impressed with the vehicle and on top of that, the vehicle passed the Maryland inspection on the first try. This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.
