Staff very friendly and knowledgeable; however, the wait times to be seen by financing and then to wait on car to be completed in delivery bay was excessive.

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Chad and Sheri were great! Firestone in Newport, KY are dishonest. It was suggested that I go to Performance Honda by my close friend. Performance Honda fixed what Firestone tried to mess up. I will NEVER go back to Firestone in Newport, Kentucky.P H will be my go to from now on. Word of mouth, they are worth the drive. Performance Honda in Fairfield, Ohio. I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

The truck I had been searching for came up in my cars.com search last. Sunday. I reached to the dealer and to my surprise heard from them within in an hour. We worked out some parameters and connected first thing Monday morning. Chris sent me a video first thing and we worked out everything on the phone. Drove to Cincinnati since I am in Indy and was in and out within a couple hours and they even installed a cover for me while I waited. Great deal and very happy with my purchase.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

It’s great I love it. It was very affordable and not to mention I haven’t had a single problem at 81,000 miles. Hopefully it stays that way I hear the weak point is it’s Nissan CVT transmission but I change the fluid for it every 20,000 miles and no problem for me.

I had to take a car back due to unforeseen circumstances on my side and it was easy as they helped me to find something more affordable and reliable in my price range. I took the current vehicle to my mechanic and not a issue at all. I have been working with Daniel Ross for months to find something and he is amazing and treats folks as he would wish to be treated. We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

We wanted to lease a Tucson. We knew which one we wanted and when we arrived we were greeted by Cecil & nic who took amazing care of us through the buying process. Low key, no frustration and he even grabbed a few keys to make sure the vehicle we thought we wanted was in fact the one we wanted…choices are good. Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

They were very creative and resourceful with Financing. They made sure that I got the car of my dreams... I'd recommend them to anyone....

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

We bought a Hyundai Palisade from David Steele in Feb 2025. Not only did we get a vehicle I love but we made a friend for life. Everyone there was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to go there for a vehicle.

The sales rep I had was very professional. All paperwork was handled with care and explained to me in detail before signing. After the paperwork was taken care of the sales rep, assisted me in removing property from my trade-in and transferring it to the new vehicle. He was very nice to my wife and made sure she Had bottle water or sodas, and carried a friendly conversation with her while I was signing paperwork. before taking possession of the new vehicle, he made sure it had been detailed. After explaining details of the vehicle he insisted that I come back the next day so he could go over everything and make sure that I understand the operations of the vehicle. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was normally done. While signing the paperwork, I was asked by multiple sales personnel if I needed anything. Everyone was friendly and gave you the impression that they were there to help if I needed anything while my sales rep was shuffling the paperwork back-and-forth. I rate the dealership and the sales personnel an A+.

Despite some very negative reviews, I tried this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I came prepared for bad things because of the warnings in the reviews. I found that they are not the bad guys the reviews suggested. They were very upfront about the vehicle, which was exactly as represented, about their post-sale responsibility (vehicles sold as is) and did not try any bait and switch. Johnny Lee was very helpful and sincere. Only two complaints - 1. after the deal was made it was two more hours before we were able to leave the dealership (i have had this same experience almost every time i have purchased a vehicle, so nothing different here) 2. Their price is no-haggle (I think this is actually good, I hate to haggle, I just wish I had known that before I tried to haggle.) I do not hesitate to recommend them and I would go back. Those bad reviews? I don't know but I suspect those supposed buyers didn't do their homework before shopping, and need someone to blame for the mistake they made. Or else they just like bad mouthing others.

I am a 95 year old female and LOVE my 2009 Camry. Bought it new in June of 2008 after my 1996 Camry was rearended and totaled. Since then I have driven it 84,569 miles for which I had to buy 3,778 gal of gas. I take my car to the dealer every 4 months (whether it needs it or not) and spent $28,775 for these visits which comes out to 34 cents a mile. It is large enough so that I feel secure among all these huge cars, yet it is small enough so that I have no problems parking in tight spots, or backing into my carport. It has enough get-up and go so that I have been able to get out of tight spots and it has kept me safe and accident free all these years. If - for any reason - I should have to buy one more car during my lifetime - I definitely hope that Toyota has another Camry for me.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Overall, had a very positive experience with Kings Kia. Worked with Jake G to look at several different used cars and he was honest and respectful young man. Also briefly chatted with the Dylan and he was a real professional. Kind, courteous and with a big smile. Finally, after deciding to make a purchase, work with Rhonda in finance and she couldn't have been nicer and more professional. A real pro's pro, so to speak. When it comes time for me to look for my next car, I will start with King's Kia, no doubt about it!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!
